Ich hab gerade meinen Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit beendet (yay me!) und bin den März über reisen, um das gebührend zu feiern. Deswegen möchte ich mein Zimmer für die Zeit gerne untervermieten (Zeitraum ist flexibel bis 3.4.). Das Zimmer befindet sich zum Hof raus und ist somit schön ruhig und mit Blick ins Grüne. Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Krams bleibt alles drinnen und kann von dir genutzt werden. Ich mache auch etwas Platz vorher noch ;)

I am travelling during March and would like to sublet my room. The room faces the courtyard and is therefore nice and quiet. The bed, wardrobe and table will all stay inside and can be used by you. I would just have to make a bit of space in the wardrobe 😅
Unsere WG liegt im schönen Nord-Pankow direkt hinterm Schlosspark. Hier ist es schön ruhig, du bist schnell im Park sowie im Pankow-Pankow-Kiez und Prenzl Berg mit süßen Cafés, Bars und Geschäften. Falls du mein Rad für die Zeit leihen möchtest, können wir darüber auch gerne reden.
In 6-10 min. Fußweg befinden sich Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, auch ein Obi-Baumarkt.
Zur Tram (50) sind es 6 min Fußweg, zur S-Bahn S2 und S8 dauert es 15 min. Oder 2 min mit der Tram. Außerdem bist du mit dem Rad in 8 min am S-Bahnhof Pankow. Da fährt auch noch die U2. Somit sind wir trotz Randlage gut angebunden.

Our shared flat is right behind the Schlosspark - sometimes a curse, sometimes a blessing. On the one hand, it's nice and quiet, you're quickly in the park and other green spaces. On the other hand, you have to plan for longer journeys or enjoy cycling. If you'd like to borrow my bike for the time being, we can talk about that.
Aldi, Rewe and Edeka are just a 6-10 minute walk away. There is also an Obi store.
It's a 6-minute walk to the tram (50) and 15 minutes to the S-Bahn S2 and S8, or 2 minutes by tram. You can also cycle to Pankow S-Bahn station in 8 minutes. The U2 also runs there.
Du wirst mit Anna (27) und Marta (25) zusammen wohnen. Anna studiert Englisch und Spanisch an der HU, Marta studiert Grafikdesign an der HMKW. Wir sprechen hier viele Sprachen. Deutsch ist so die Grundsprache, Anna spricht außerdem noch Spanisch & Englisch. Marta, gebürtige Italienerin, spricht noch Italienisch und Englisch. Anna hat einen grünen Daumen und liebt alles was mit Kompost, Erde und Pflanzen zu tun hat. Außerdem
tanzt sie leidenschaftlich gerne Salsa & freut sich über jede, die mitkommt. Marta ist künstlicherisch begabt und probiert sich u.a. in Fotografie.
Hier wird gemeinschaftlich gekocht, gerne mal zwischen Tür und Angeln oder auch mal in Ruhe bei einem Tee/Kaffee gequatscht. Auch ist der Alltag manchmal einnehmender als gedacht und dann sieht man sich mal nur kurz in der Früh oder am Abend.

We cook together or have a chat over a cup of tea/coffee. Everyday life is sometimes more engaging than expected and then we only see each other briefly in the morning or in the evening. That’s fine too!
Der Zeitraum ist flexibel, plus/minus ein paar Tage in den Februar und April rein.
