Ich plane für Mitte März–April ins Ausland zu gehen und möchte deshalb mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, hat ca. 20qm und ein Balkon. Durch die Südausrichtung ist es sehr hell!

The room is fully furnished, has about 20 square metres and a balcony. Thanks to the south windows, it is very bright!
Das Haus liegt quasi an der Grenze zwischen Pankow, Prenzlauer Berg und Wedding. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, aber du bist in 15 min mit U2 am Alex oder sogar in 5 min an der Ringbahn, die sehr gute Anbindungen in alle Richtungen bietet. Im März und April ist auch die Zeit, um die nahe gelegene Kirschblütenallee zu genießen!

The house is located on the border between Pankow, Prenzlauer Berg and Wedding. The neighbourhood is quiet, but you can be at Alex in 15 minutes using the U2 line or even reach Ringbahn in 5 minutes, which offers very good connections in all directions. March and April are also the time to enjoy the nearby cherry blossom avenue!
Meine nette Mitbewohnerin arbeitet meistens im Homeoffice. Sie spricht Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch und lernt gerade Türkisch. Wir haben einen Putzplan. Du müsstest einmal alle zwei Wochen die ganze Wohnung putzen.

My lovely flatmate usually works from home. She speaks German, English, Spanish and is currently learning Turkish. We have a cleaning schedule. You would have to clean the whole flat once every 2 weeks.
Wir würden einen Untermietvertrag machen und du bräuchtest eine Haftpflichtversicherung.
Das Zimmer ist vefügbar bereits ab 17. März 2024. Wenn du für 1,5 Monate enziehen möchtest (Mitte März–Ende April), beträgt der Preis 830 EUR.
