ello!! Im subletting my lovely room for 1 month with possibility of extension, since I'm gone for holidays and it could be longer in the end.(would confirm this before you move in).
The apartment is located in Pankow, near by a Rewe and the sbahn station(the ubahn is also 10min by bus). It´s also very well equipped, we have as common space a spacious and cozy kitchen, a decent bathroom, and 4 sweet roomies.
My room has plenty of space, also well equipped, and a split lever floor where the bed is.(you can see in the pic ;)
I would like that, since I am leaving for some time and I will leave basically all the things at your disposal, you treat them with respect and care :)
If you know/are someone who is looking to stay for a while in Berlin, or you are looking for something stable and until soon notice you need a place to stay, this is definitely a place where you will feel confortable!
