Ich suche ab mitte Juli bis mitte August einen Zwischenmieter für unser ca 30qm WG-Zimmer "GOLD" für ca.1 Monat. Ich wohne in der Wohnung rechts und bin aber verreist. Dein Zimmer wäre in der Mittelwohnung. Dort wohnt noch eine WG-Bewohnerin Sophia.
Dein Zimmer ist hell, ruhig, mit Balkon und möbliert, ca 30qm, 140er Matratze auf dem Boden. Dein Bad ist in Deiner Wohnung, es gibt ein kleines Gemeinschaftszimmer "Rubin" ca 18qm mit Hochbett und Teeküche, die gemeinsame Küche befindet sich in der Wohnung rechts.
Du passt gut zu uns, wenn Du Dich vegan, vegetarisch oder zumindes bewusst/bio ernährst.
Wenn Du zu zweit wohnen möchtest, wäre die Miete 900€ für einen Monat.
Sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung (M13, M1, 50, U2 Vinetastraße, S Pankow)
Die Wohnung liegt genau auf der Grenze Pankow/Prenzlauer Berg.
Sehr ruhig, viel Grün, gute Parkmöglichkeit.
Gerne treffe ich Dich im Zoom oder Whattsapp Videotelefonie. Wenn das Wichtigste am Telefon/Scype geklärt ist, treffen wir uns persönlich.
