Small cosy room in green Pankow for temporary rent. The flat is located in the rear building on the 1st floor, has a total of 3 rooms, kitchen & bathroom. The room faces east to a large backyard with trees. Therefore it is very quiet and bright. The room is rented furnished for 320 € per month, started months are calculated proportionally. The photos show the room in empty condition and with sample furniture.
The furniture will include:
- 1,40m wide bed, bedding on request
- desk & chair
- shelf
- clothes rail
The price includes internet, heating, electricity and gas costs. Also included is the shared use of the washing machine, dishwasher and fridge.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden. Der S-& U Bhf-Pankow (S8, S9, S2, U2, Tram M1, M50, Busse 155, 255, 250, M27, X54) ist ca. 7 min zu Fuß entfernt. Alternativ kann man auch den Bus M27 für eine Station nehmen (ca 2 min zu Fuß). Auch der S Bhf-Wollankstraße (S1, S25, S85) ist nur ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:

- Rewe am S-Wollankstraße

The flat is very well located. The S-& U Bhf-Pankow (S8, S9, S2, U2, Tram M1, M50, Buses 155, 255, 250, M27, X54) is about 7 min walk away. Alternatively, you can take the M27 bus for one stop (approx. 2 min walk to the bus station). The S Bhf-Wollankstraße (S1, S25, S85) is also only about 12 min away by foot.
Shopping facilities:
- Edeka, Dm, pharmacy at S-&U-Pankow.
- Rewe at the S-Wollankstraße
- Rathaus-Center (Kaufland, organic food shop, savings bank, post office) approx. 5 min. by foot
The flat is located in the Flora-Kiez, surrounded by many nice little shops. Nearby there is the Bürgerpark and the Schlosspark. There is also a large bouldering gym (Berta Block) 5 mins walking distance.
Ich bin 25 Jahre alt, studiere im letzen Semester und arbeite nebenbei. Wenn nicht gerade Lockdown ist, bin ich gern unterwegs mit Freunden, gehe oft bouldern oder genieße auch gern mal ein Glas Wein zu Hause ;). Auch sollten Haushaltsarbeiten geteilt werden. Das hat mit einem Putzplan bisher immer ganz gut und stressfrei funktioniert ;). Ich fänds schön, wenn die gemeinsamen Bereiche aufgeräumt sind.
Wichtig ist noch, dass ich eine Katze habe, die in der Wohnung unterwegs ist :)

I am 25 years old, studying in my last semester and am working part-time. When it's not lockdown, I like to be out with friends, go bouldering or enjoy a glass of wine at home ;). Household chores should also be shared. That has always worked quite well and stress-free with a cleaning plan ;). I think it would be nice if the common areas stay tidy.
Another important thing is that I have a cat that runs around the flat :)
