Hallo, ich heiße Abbas, komme aus dem Irak und wohne seit 3 Jahren in der Wohnung als Untermieter. Leider möchte meine Mitbewohnerin und Hauptmieterin die Wohnung kündigen. Daher suche ich einen neuen Hauptmieter, der bereit ist, mich weiterhin als Untermieter aufzunehmen. Die Hausverwaltung akzeptiert leider nur Mieter mit einem Einkommen ab etwa 1500€ Nettoeinkommen oder einer Bürgschaft (z.B. durch die Eltern).
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Karow, gleich neben einem Feld. Bis zur S-Bahn sind es 5 min mit dem Rad der etwa 15 min zu Fuß. Ein Stellplatz für das Auto kann angemietet werden, Parkplätze gibt es aber auch in der Nachbarstraße.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer und kostet aktuell etwa 700€ warm, sodass jeder von uns 350€ bezahlt. Meine Miete wird im Moment noch vom Jobcenter übernommen. Dieses überweist das Geld derzeit direkt an meine Mitbewohnerin.
