Hello there! I'm a 41-year-old graphic designer, queer, (f) and I have a cozy and friendly room available for rent in a share flat. As the current tenant, I want to welcome a communicate, clean, and organized person with a regular schedule and income to share this beautiful living space with me.
The room I have available for rent is fully furnished and ready for you to move in! It comes with a bed, a spacious wardrobe to store all your belongings, a desk and chair for studying or working from home, a full-size mirror to check your outfit before heading out, and even a bookcase to display your favorite books or decorative items.
The room also boasts plenty of natural light, which helps to create a bright and airy atmosphere. You'll love waking up to the sun streaming in and feeling energized for the day ahead.
The flat is situated between U2 Pankow and S-bahn Pankow-Heinersdorf, and there's also the Tram 50 and M1 nearby. The neighborhood is filled with green spaces, such as Sommerbad Pankow, Burgerpark and Schlosspark, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. And if you're in the mood for some city action, you'll love that supermarkets, restaurants, a commercial center, pharmacies and other services are all within walking distance.
The U-Bahn Pankow (U2) is only a 10-minute walk away, making it super easy to get around the city. You can reach popular neighborhoods like Prenzlauer Berg in just 15 minutes, and Alexanderplatz and Mitte in just 20 minutes. It's the best of both worlds - a peaceful and green neighborhood with easy access to the hustle and bustle of the city.
The flat is located in a beautiful, renovated Altbau with high ceilings that give the space a charming and spacious feel. We have a shared living room with a large dining table, corner sofa, and even a little balcony where I try to grow some tomatoes. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a microwave, cookware, fridge/freezer, and a cosy breakfast table to enjoy your morning coffee.
Our bathroom has a bath/shower combo, and a washing machine so you can do laundry conveniently at home.
It's important to me that our home is a safe and welcoming environment for all. This is an inclusive and respectful living space.
