Vermiete in einer 3 Raum Wohnung das hintere (das schönste ) Zimmer mit Blick in den Garten. Ich selbst nutze 1 Zimmer, das andere ist ein Kinderzimmer, welches mein 7 Jähriger Sohn jedes zweite Wochenende nutzt. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Majakowskiring, direkt am Schloßpark in Pankow. Tram und Bus direkt vor der Tür, S- und U-Bahn 10min. Alle Zimmer haben Ofenheizung. Ich selbst bin nur teilweise zu Hause, da ich ein Grundstück in der Schorfheide nutze. Ich arbeite als Physiotherapeut und habe eine kleine Produktionsfirma.
Die Wohnung/ das Haus hat den alten DDR Charme (nichts ist neu, alles hat Geschichte), alle Bewohner im Haus sind ziemlich cool und entspannt und es gibt einen wundervollen verwunschenen Garten, mit Katzen und Baumhäusern...-)
