This freshly renovated beautiful and bright apartment is conveniently located next to S+U Pankow and shops, but still quiet inside, with well isolated windows. The room has 18m2 with a wooden floor. You would take over my place in the "Hauptmietvertrag" - main-contract, together with Paulina, your future flatmate.
Disclaimer: Since the apartment is „Altbau“ and there is a door in between the rooms, it is quite echoey, mutual respect and being quiet, especially in night time, is important.
Paulina is a vegan pastry-chef, knows all the nice coffee spots, loves to travel, read, do yoga and live a conscious life. She is up for walks, biking around the city and exploring some nice places. The third roomie will be Yuki, cutest cat ever 😻
If you consider yourself animal-friendly (huge plus if vegetarian/vegan), a nice and quiet person, and would like to live in this beautiful nest, please don’t hesitate to write us and tell us a little about yourself.
Apart from that, you should have a regular income of at least 3 times the rent in order to be in the new contract.
