The room does not impress with its size, the apartment is makes up for the large square meters of private retreat with the huge living area (~115m²). The room is bright thanks to the large window on the front side of the house and the cozy dormer window on the roof side.
Part of the living room is dominated by a free space, which is also often used for handicrafts, sewing or as an office extension. The other part impresses with the large space for dancing, gymnastics, bicycle construction site or whatever else is needed.
There is enough space in the kitchen for three people to eat, otherwise there is room in the large room.
We also have space for guests, in addition to a place to sleep in the living room, there will also be a small office with a double bed.
The apartment is well-connected between two tram stops on the M1 and various bus stops. Through the nearby castle park, you can reach the S-Bahn station Pankow by bike within 10 minutes, the Ringbahn at the S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee in around 15 minutes, the tram is just as fast. There you are already in the middle of lively Prenzlauer Berg, but a bus will also take you to Wedding in 10 minutes.
Shops from Netto to Denn's are within walking distance.
Since the WG is in a state of upheaval after almost a year, life in the WG will first have to develop anew. It is important to us that no "shared flats with closed doors" is desired, we not only share the costs, but also our living space. However, it is also welcome to be silent together in the living room and everyone can pursue their own occupation. The further design of the common rooms is still open and is welcome to be discussed.
This is definitely not a party flat, which doesn't mean that you can't
can also throw one. The rooms are as far away from the living room as possible, so that there is space to retreat even on lively evenings.
For example, she would like a regular open meeting over wine, soup, lively discussions and music. She loves Ireland, Irish music (also rock, punk and metal) and is a passionate and committed cyclist. The latter also applies to the deeply relaxed Sven, who also only moves in in February and otherwise likes to listen to jazz, go dancing to Goa and also likes to DJ himself.
No matter how you eat, you should be concerned about dealing with food, raw materials and producers consciously. We certainly don't live plastic-free either and we also shop at discounters, but we try to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible without bending over backwards.
I'm looking for a roommate that suits the flatshare. I love this apartment and would like to live with someone who wants to make a difference - in the world, but also in our own four walls.
I don't have to be best friends, but we'd love for you to join us for a game night. A "busy" kitchen is no reason to change your plans and quickly carry your spread to your room. And evenings together with tea or wine are expressly desired.
Cleaning the bathroom also includes all sinks (we have two of them), shower, toilet and the floor. Of course among adult people?
We can then get in touch and we'll meet for a cup of tea. Or coffee. Depending on the time of day also wine or beer.
