Ab 01.09.2023 verfügbar, weil unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin Berlin wieder verlassen hat (sie war für ein Praktikum hier).
"ROOM 1" steht zur vermietung:)
Zweitbezug nach Renovierungsarbeiten im Jahr 2022. Es handelt sich um ein (in Berlin sehr seltenes) WG-Haus, das über drei Schlafzimmer, ein Esszimmer, ein Wohnzimmer sowie Küche und Bad verfügt. Alle Zimmer sind mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet.
Dein Zimmer verfügt über:
- Ein Bett inkl. Bettwäsche und Matratze
- Kleiderschrank
- Schreibtisch mit Stuhl
- Nachttisch
- Nachttischlampe
- Wäschebehälter
- Spiegel
- Vorhänge und Jalousien
Dir stehen zudem alle Haushaltsgeräte der Küche sowie eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer mit Dusche zur Verfügung, die im Mietpreis inbegriffen sind. W-Lan übringens auch.
WICHTIG: Es gibt keinen Hauptmieter, ihr schließt den Mietvertrag direkt mit den Eigentümern. Eine ANMELDUNG ist selbstverständlich MÖGLICH.
Die Umgebung ist sehr grün und das Grundstück liegt zwischen zwei Parks, direkt an der ehemaligen Ost-West-Grenze. Wer gerne joggt, ist hier richtig.
Es wird Wert aus Sauberkeit gelegt:)
Zur Warmmiete kommen keine weiteren Kosten auf Euch zu.

Available from 12.04.2023, as our dear roommate has left Berlin again (she was here for an internship).
"ROOM 1" is available for rent:)
It is a (very rare in Berlin) shared house, with three bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, as well as a kitchen and bathroom. All rooms are equipped with new furniture.
Your room includes:
A bed with bedding and mattress
Wardrobe
Desk with chair
Nightstand
Bedside lamp
Laundry basket
Mirror
Curtains and blinds
Additionally, you have access to all kitchen appliances and a washing machine in the bathroom with a shower, which are included in the rent. Wi-Fi is also included.
IMPORTANT: There is no main tenant, you will sign the rental agreement directly with the owners. Registration is possible, of course.
The surroundings are very green, and the property is located between two parks, directly on the former East-West border. If you enjoy jogging, this is the right place.
Cleanliness is highly valued:)
There are no additional costs on top of the warm rent.
The landlord speaks English.
Das WG Haus liegt in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung direkt an der ehemaligen Ost-West Grenze. Der Weg zum S-Bahnhof Schönholz (S1, S25 Anschluss) führt durch einen kürzlich neu angelegten Park. Es sind verschiedene Parks fußläufig erreichbar.
Supermärkte (Aldi, Netto (organge), Netto (schwarz), Norma) befinden sich ebenso in direkter Nähe.
Wir sind Feven und Julian, die seit diesem Jahr in einer WG wohnen. Feven startet gerade ins Berufsleben und Julian ist bis Mitte 2023 in der WG, bis seine Verlobte aus dem Ausland zurück ist. Wir kochen manchmal zusammen und quatschen gern mal am Abend mit nem Tee. Wir halten alles immer sauber und putzen 1x pro Woche die Gemeinschaftsräume, halten aber auch unter der Woche Ordnung (Hier stapelt sich kein Geschirr haha). Es gibt zwei Gemeinschaftsräume + Bad + Küche.

We are Feven and Julian, who have been living in a shared flat since this year. Feven is starting her professional life, and Julian will be staying in the flat until mid-2023 when his fiancée returns from abroad. We sometimes cook together and enjoy chatting in the evenings with a cup of tea. We always keep everything clean and tidy and clean the communal areas once a week. We also maintain order during the week (there is no piled up dishes here, haha). There are two communal areas, a bathroom, and a kitchen.
