ich vermiete meine Wohnung teilweise. Da ich beruflich pendle, wirst du die Wohnung die meiste Zeit für dich haben. Meine derzeitige Planung sieht so aus, dass ich einmal im Monat (immer in der 3. Woche) für 4-5 Tage da bin. Ich werde mein jetziges Zimmer behalten, das sieht man auf den Fotos nicht. Dein Zimmer wird das jetzige Büro, das wir noch ausräumen werden. Die Möbel für dein Zimmer musst du also selbst mitbringen. Der Rest der Wohnung ist möbliert. Fernseher, Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Staubsauger und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Im Keller gibt es einen Fahrradkeller. Es gibt auch ein Kellerabteil, das wir uns teilen können. Ich freue mich, wenn du bereits WG-Erfahrung hast, Wert auf Sauberkeit legst und offen dafür bist, dass ich einmal im Monat da bin.
Bitte halte diese Informationen für die Besichtigung bereit: Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft, Nachweis einer Haftpflicht- und Hausratversicherung, Gehaltsbescheinigung der letzten 3 Monate.

Dear potential tenant,
I am renting out my flat part time. Since I commute for work, you will have the flat to yourself most of the time. My current plan is that I will be there once a month (always in the 3rd week) for 4-5 days. I will keep my current room, you can't see that in the photos. Your room will be the current office, which we will clear out. You will have to bring your own furniture for your room. The rest of the flat is furnished. TV, dishes, fridge, hoover and washing machine are available. There is a bicycle storage room in the basement. There is also a cellar compartment that we can share. I am happy if you already have shared flat experience, value cleanliness and are open to me being there once a month.
