Das Haus hat drei 3 Etagen und dein Zimmer liegt im 2. Stock. Es ist sehr gemütlich, da es um die Ecke geht und dadurch eine eigene Bettnische (1,40 Bett) hat. Mit Holzboden und Pflanzen. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch, zwei Kommoden mit Spiegel und eine Kleiderecke. Zwei kleine Fenster geben begrenztes Licht. Dafür hörst du mit offenem Fenster die Vögel zwitschern und hast so gut wie gar keinen Stadtlärm. Im Wohnzimmer und im Garten kannst du viel Sonne tanken. Der Garten hat eine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, einen Kirschbaum, Blumen und Gemüse (meine eine Mitbewohnerin ist fleißig am Gärtnern :).
Ich bin ja nur für einen Monat weg, das heißt meine Möbel bleiben alle da und du bekommst Platz in meine Schränken freigeräumt (nach Absprache z.B. eine Kommode, ein Regal für Kleidung und die Kleiderstange).
The house has 3 floors and your room is on the 3rd floor. It is very cosy as it is around the corner and therefore has its own bed alcove (1.40 bed). There is a desk, a chest of drawers and a clothes corner. Two small windows provide limited light. However, you can hear the birds chirping when the window is open and there is virtually no city noise. You can get plenty of sun in the living room and garden. The garden gas a terrace, a cherry tree, flowers and vegetables. One of my housemates loves gardening and you could voluntarily take care of the plants :)
I'm only away for a month, which means all my furniture stays and you get space in my wardrobes (a chest of drawers, a shelf for clothes and the clothes rail).
Weniger als eine Minute vom wunderschönen Plänterwald entfernt und ruhige Gegend. Trotzdem stadtnah.
In 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bus und schnell in Kreuzberg. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur S Plänterwald mit Anschluss an S9 in 30 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. In 7 Minuten bist du mit dem Rad an der Ringbahn an der S Treptower Park, in 11 Minuten mit dem Rad am Ostkreuz. 15 Minuten mit dem Rad nach Neukölln und Kreuzberg. 20 Minuten zum Tempelhofer Feld.
Zum Einkaufen ist Netto ist auch weniger als eine Minute entfernt, sehr praktisch für spontane Wünsche.
Der Treptower Park ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort ist es immer lebendig, es gibt verschiedene Biergärten, eine Insel, Bootverleihe etc. Also richtiges Entspannungs- und Urlaubsgefühl :)
Ich lasse mein Fahrrad hier, das du gerne benutzen kannst.
Less than a minute away from the beautiful Plänterwald forest and a quiet neighbourhood. Still close to the city centre. 2 minutes to the bus taking you quickly to Kreuzberg. 15 minutes by bike to Neukölln and Kreuzberg. 10 minutes walk to S Plänterwald with connection to S9 in 30 minutes to the main station. In 7 minutes you are by bike at the Ringbahn at S Treptower Park, in 11 minutes by bike at Ostkreuz.
For groceries, there is a Netto is also less than a minute away, very convenient for spontaneous shopping.
Treptower Park is 10 minutes by foot with a both chilled and lively atmosphere. If you like to go running Plänterwald and Treptower Park are the perfect places.

Wir sind alle eingespannt durch Arbeit & Freizeit (Lea: Lern-Erfahrungsdesign, singt im Chor; Ivo: Prozessbegleitung, Fußball, Singen, Ecstatic Dance) und dennoch gibt es immer wieder tolle gemeinsame Momente. Jeden zweiten Montag gibt es ein Plenum und den anderen Montag Abend machen wir unverbindlich etwas Schönes zusammen. In wie weit Du daran teilhaben möchtest ist ganz Dir überlassen!
Für einen Monat hier wohnen braucht es natürlich keine Plena, aber es ist wichtig, dass Du offen bist für Kommunikation falls sich etwas unstimmig anfühlt oder es Wünsche gibt von den zwei Mitbewohnis die in der Zeit zu Hause sind.
We are all busy with work and leisure (Lea: learning experience design, sings in the choir; Ivo: process support, football, singing, ecstatic dance) and yet there are always great moments together. Every second Monday there is a plenary session and the other Monday evening we do something nice together without obligation. The extent to which you want to take part is entirely up to you!
Of course, you don't need plenums to live here for a month, but it's important that you are open to communication if something doesn't feel right or if there are requests from the two flatmates who are at home during this time.
Ich zahle im Monat 610 € warm, inklusive Internet, wöchentlichem SoLaWi Gemüse, Badewanne, 100m2 Garten, Feuerholz etc - für Dich wäre auch mein Fahrrad verfügbar - Bettzeug, Handtücher und was es sonst noch braucht, sind da. Falls du mein SoLaWi Gemüse für 20€ pro Monat übernehmen möchtest, dann wäre das sehr willkommen, ist aber kein Muss.
Melde Dich gerne bei Fragen und sollte Geld für Dich eine Hürde sein - lass uns schauen was wir machen können.
Im Juli sind nur zwei von meinen Mitbewohnis zu Hause und es wäre schön, wenn es ein kleines Kennenlernen gäbe vor Ort oder per Video Call um zu schauen ob sich alle miteinander wohl fühlen.
