Hello people of Berlin! Our funky little WG is looking for a longterm tenant for a 6-person shared apartment in Berlin-Plänterwald. The apartment is an international hub of friendliness; French, German and Italian.

The room is small, but a quaint 10m2, with very high old ceilings, an installed TV and a loft bed! I loved my room, but unfortunatley it has a very small window, meaning it doesnt get as much daylight in the mornings. The rest of the apartment is full of light. My room is more like a little cave! This room is perfect for people who work the nightshift... or love to party, since it is the perfect bed for a midday nap!
The room itself has a lot of storage space, with a large study desk that can store items underneath, 5 shelving units on the wall, a little storage box of 4 cabinets for smaller clothing items and of course, a substantial sized waredrobe. Not to mention hooks all over the walls for jackets, bags, etc.
The apartment also has a large kitchen, with a washing machine and dishwasher, 2 bathrooms with showers, a large basement living room (also very fitting for a party) with a TV and squishy cosy sofas, and a beautiful back garden! The kitchen has 2 sets of induction plates and the oven works perfectly. The living room is a great place to chill and catch up on your favourite Netflix tv series. It is also a great spot for practicing your music/dj sets as the sound is very limited to downstairs once the door is closed.
The apartment is only a 3 minutes walk to either bus stop to the city center or to Baumschulenweg/Schöneweide (165 and 166 bus) It also takes 4 minutes to walk to the 377 bus stop which brings you straight to Neukölln and Hermannstraße. The Sbahn Plänterwald is a 7 minute walk away and accomidates the S8, S85 and S9.
The WG is also only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Plänterwald woods, the Spree and a 15 minute walk to Treptower park. There is 2 Nettos a 5 minutes walk from the apartment and the Park Center at Treptower Park is only a 5 minute bus ride away. Bicycles can be parked in the backyard and the area is extremely safe!
We are 6 people - fun and friendly and very open! We are a clean and sociable WG. Sometimes we cook together and/or drink together and often hang out. But with that you can also have your peace. Overall nothing is formal, you do what you like and if you feel in the mood to hang out, it's just a door knock away!
As I am moving out, and Johannes and Leo in January, that means you will be living with Pierre and Alessio and with new people moving it will be a small new founding of a flatshare that you can be part of! We do not care about gender, we pick people that will fit our housemates personalities (chill and easy going but also down for a bit a fun). The main language of the WG is German and English. But as I said above, we have a French and Italian guy so please feel free to speak in either language if you want to rub up on your French/Italian language skills!
