mein möbiliertes, helles Zimmer ist vom ca. 1. Dezember bis 1.März zur Zwischenmiete frei. Ggf kann man auch schon ein paar Tage vorher rein, bzw später raus. Genaue Daten können mit mir abgesprochen/ggf. angepasst werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, 5-10 Min. zur Schönhauser Allee Tram/S-Bahn/U-Bahn. Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit meinem Mitbewohner (32 J.) teilen. In unserer WG haben ein sehr freundschaftliches Miteinander und das Leben spielt sich irgendwo zwischen Freund:innen treffen, wissenschaftlicher Arbeit, Konzerte, Museumsbesuche usw. ab - wir sind aber offen für alles mögliche an Interessen und Hintegründen! Hauptsache du bist eine liebe und verantwortungsvolle Person. Für Rassismus, Sexismus, Homo- und Transfeindlichkeit haben wir hier allerdings keinen Platz.
Wichtig zu nennen ist vielleicht noch, dass immer wieder für 2-3 Wochen ein (wirklich sehr lieber und sehr ruhiger) Hund - Gabor - bei uns ist, um den sich Timo kümmert.

my furnished, bright room is free from about 1 December to 1 March for subletting. If necessary, you can also come a few days before, or leave a little later. Exact dates can be coordinated with me / possibly adjusted.
The apartment is located in a quiet street, 5-10 min to Schönhauser Allee tram/S-Bahn/U-Bahn. You would share the apartment with my roommate (32 yrs). In our WG we have a very friendly relationship and life takes place somewhere between meeting friends, academia, concerts, museum visits, etc. - but we are open to all kinds of interests and backgrounds! The main criterion is that you are a kind and responsible person. However, we have absolutely no place for racism, sexism, homophobia or transphobia here.
It is also important to mention that Timo's very nice and calm dog - Gabor - regularly stays with us for 2-3 weeks.
