Hi,
ich vermiete ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Doppelbett in der Nähe der S Prenzlauer Allee für das Feiertagswochenende 18.5.-21.5.. Es ist etwa 15 km2 groß und verfügt über einen Balkon. Außerdem hat die Wohnung ein Wohnzimmer, einen Flur, ein Bad und eine Küche (sowie mein kleines Schlafzimmer). Es gibt eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars und Supermärkte sind alle in 5 min Reichweite (3min bis S Prenzlauer Allee). Außerdem ist sie voll ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden, sowie sämtliche Kochutensilien. Ein vorheriges Kennenlernen ist mir wichtig. Schreibt mir gern bezüglich eines Treffens – gerne online.
Kurz zu mir: ich bin Marlen, 28, mache gerne Sport und freue mich dich/euch im Mai in meiner Wohnung willkommen zu heißen.

I rent a cozy room with double bed near the S Prenzlauer Allee for the holiday weekend 18.5.-21.5.. It is about 15 km2 and has a balcony. Also, the apartment has a living room, hallway, bathroom and kitchen (as well as my small bedroom). There is a washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is very quiet, but still centrally located. Transportation, restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets are all within 5 min reach (3min to S Prenzlauer Allee). It is also fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as all cooking utensils. Getting to know each other beforehand is important to me. Feel free to write me regarding a meeting – online works.
