Hey everyone,
we are looking for a new longterm roomie.
The flat is about 66m2 big, very calm although it is located in a great area in Prenzlauer Berg. The whole flat has big sunny windows, high ceilings and plank floors. The highlight is the kitchen with the huge balcony. A real old building flat everyone is looking for. Everything is renovated and all the furniture is new.
The flat is on the 4th floor and has an elevator, so good.
Here is space for a lovely person who plans to stay longterm, wanna make this flat a home and loves to live in a shared flat.
Its fully furnished, washing machine, dish washer and its equipped with all the basics (kitchen stuff, bath, dishes etc.). The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. The kitchen has a sunny balcony, like holidays : )
In the rent everything is included, meaning service charges, water, heating, green power, internet. The flat and ur room is completely furnished.
Registration/ Anmeldung is possible.
The flat is located two blocks next to Helmholtzplatz. This is one of the „most wanted“ neighborhoods in Berlin. There u can find many nice Cafes, Bars and Restaurants. Probably some of u might also know Kastanienallee, Mauerpark, Kulturbrauerei and Kollwitzplatz. Of course u can find a supermarket, an organic supermarket and a „Späti“ around the corner.
The flat is perfectly connected with the public transportation network.
We are Martina and Melanie.
Martina is a 27 years old Italian girl. She moved to Berlin last year to work in a ecommerce company, in the digital marketing and advertisement field. She speaks english, spanish and italian. During her free time, she likes to workout, enjoy open air activities and discover new places to eat or drink around Berlin.
She's looking for a new roomate, preferabily workers and with previous experience in flatshare. The most important things when sharing a flat are respect and communication.
Melanie is an Italian young professional (26yo) who recently moved to Berlin to start working for Zalando as merchandise planner. A few words about her: she is a very relaxed and friendly person and, most of all, she is neat and tidy and she does not like to live in a messy environment. She is originally from Venice but moved to Milan to study at university when she was 19. She has lived in Milan for almost 5 years but also been abroad (in the US and in Copenhagen) both to study and work. Finally, she is focused on her career, serious, and reliable but also friendly and easygoing. In her free time she loves to hang out with friends and practice some sports.
We wanna find someone, who is fun, inspiring and loves to act respectfully. Preferably someone working, so everyone has the same daily rhythm. No boring people, just a good balance. The flat should become a real home for the people who live in here, also therefore we are looking for someone who wanna stay longterm (more then 6 months, one year people have even better chances : )
We would really want to find people who love WG live and it should be used and filled with live and love.
