Hallo liebe Wohnungs-Suchende,
in unserer wunderschönen Altbau-WG im Prenzlauer Berg ist ab sofort/ ab April, spätestens ab Mai, ein Zimmer für mind 6 Monate frei, da unsere dritte Mitbewohnerin aus Berlin flüchtet und den Sommer an der Ostsee verbringt. Es ist möglich, dass die befristete Miete dann unbefristet wird, falls es ihr dort zu gut gefällt und sie Berlin ganz den Rücken kehrt.
Das Zimmer ist ca 20m2 groß, möbliert (es könnten aber ggfs einige Möbel raus) und geht zur Straße raus, man hört also die Autos und Menschen, aber es ist eher eine Nebenstraße, daher ist der Lärmpegel absolut okay.
Ein paar Pflanzen sind auch noch drin, wir freuen uns also besonders über Leute mit grünem Daumen 🌵
Hier wohnen außerdem Iris, 31 (arbeitet beim Film) und Helen, 29 (Psychologin in Therapeutenausbildung). Wir sind beide im Moment recht busy mit der Arbeit, aber mögen es gerne, mit netten Leuten zusammen zu wohnen und ab und zu mal zusammen zu kochen oder einen Aperol zu trinken.
Wir arbeiten noch daran, welcher Putzplan für uns am besten funktioniert, legen aber schon Wert darauf, dass die gemeinsamen Bereiche ordentlich und sauber bleiben (in den eigenen Zimmern sind wir dafür beide eher chaotisch 😁).
In der Wohnung gibt es außerdem ein Wohnzimmer mit großer Couch, eine gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Küche und zwei Badezimmer :)

Hi everybody!
one of our roommates is fleeing Berlin for the summer and her room will be free for the next 6 months.
It's 20m2, furnished (some furniture could be removed though) and faces the (moderately noisy) street. There's also a couple of houseplants left in it, so you should be able to not kill them instantly ;)
Also living here are: Iris, 31 (works in film production) and Helen, 29 (psychologist/therapist in training). We are quite busy with work at the moment but definitely enjoy the community of having roommates and sometimes cook together, watch movies or go out. We're looking for so who is more or less fluent in either English or German just to make communication easier :)
The apartment also has a cozy living room with a big couch and two full bathrooms.
Wir sind super angebunden, in drei Minuten ist man bei der Tramstation ("Marienburger Straße" der M2) und alles, was man sonst so zum Leben braucht, ist direkt in der Nähe.
