Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben heißt mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Das Bett hat 3 Schubladen und bietet so auch noch Stauraum.
Hey! We're looking for a tenant for a small but nice flat share room in Berlin in Prenzlauer Berg.
The room will be handed over furnished, i.e. with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. The bed has 3 drawers and offers storage space.
Die Lage ist super toll, denn die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in Prenzlauer Berg, S Prenzlauer Allee erreicht man in 12 Minuten zu Fuß, außerdem haben wir auch Tram und Bus die halten quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Penny und DM haben wir auch in der Nähe.
The location is great, because the apartment is right in Prenzlauer Berg, S Prenzlauer Allee can be reached in 12 minutes on foot, and we also have trams and buses that stop right outside the front door. We also have Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Penny and DM nearby.
Ich (Anton, 22) komme aus der Ukraine, wohne hier seit September und studiere Informatik an der TU Berlin. Meine Freundin Arina (19) wohnt mit mir im selben Zimmer. Sie kommt ebenfalls aus der Ukraine und studiert an der HU. Sie wohnt bis Dezember in dieser Wohnung. Marharyta (23) kommt auch aus der Ukraine und arbeitet in Berlin.
Gerne können wir Abends zusammensitzen und in der Küche quatschen einfach bis uns die Augen zufallen. Auch wird in der WG gerne gekocht und eigentlich ist immer jemand da, wenn man quatschen will. Genauso kann man aber auch seine Tür einfach zumachen um seine Ruhe haben.
Here we have a newly founded flat share, I (Anton, 21) come from the Ukraine, have lived here since September and am studying Informatics at the TU Berlin. My girlfriend Arina lives with me in the same room. She is also from Ukraine and studies at HU. She lives in this apartment until December. Marharyta (23) also comes from Ukraine and works in Berlin.
We can sit together in the evening and chat in the kitchen until our eyes close. People in the flat share also like to cook and there is always someone there if you want to chat. But you can also close your door to have peace and quiet.
