Da meine beste Freundin im September einzieht, ist das Zimmer nur begrenzt verfügbar. Wer tageweise oder für den Monat August ein Zimmer sucht, für den ist das Zimmer genau das Richtige.
39 € pro Nacht für 1 Person.
59 € pro Nacht für 2 Personen.
Inklusive Bettwäsche und Duschhandtücher.
Die Wohnung ist mit einem Balkon und Stuckwohnzimmer ausgestattet sowie einem großen Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Es gibt auch noch eine separate Küche mit Esstisch.
Lage:
Das Zimmer liegt direkt im zauberhaften Prenzlauer Berg, direkt an einer Kleingartenkolonie aber auch unweit des wunderschönen Arnimplatzes, mit vielen Cafés und Restauarants.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Straßenbahn M13 und 50 und nur 7 min zu Fuß von der S-Bahn Bornholmer Str. entfern (S1, S2, S25), mit der man in nur einer Station an der Ringbahn ist und in wenigen Minuten direkt in Berlin-Mitte.

The apartment is equipped with a balcony and a living room with stucco decorations, as well as a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There is also a separate kitchen with a dining table.
Location:
The room is located right in the charming Prenzlauer Berg area, directly next to an garden colony and not far from the beautiful Arnimplatz square, with many cafes and restaurants.
The apartment is very close to the M13 and 50 tram lines, and only a 7-minute walk from the Bornholmer Str. S-Bahn station (S1, S2, S25), which connects to the Ringbahn and takes you directly to Berlin-Mitte in just a few minutes.
