I'm subletting my cozy room for September since I will be on holidays! You'll be sharing the flat with two very nice girls that love living in a homey atmosphere. The flat itself is quite spacious with a nice kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet. You will be directly located in the heart of Berlin, next to Mauerpark! There are also lots of cafes around, the Helmholzplatz and the Tram station is right in front of the door.

Ich vermiete mein gemütliches Zimmer für September, da ich im Urlaub sein werde! Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit meinem zwei lieben Mitbewohnerinnen teilen, die sehr gerne in einer wohligen Atmosphäre leben.
Die Wohnung an sich ist recht geräumig mit einer schönen Küche, Bad und separatem WC. Du wohnst direkt im Herzen Berlins, in der Nähe des Mauerparks! Es gibt auch viele Cafés in der Nähe, der Helmholzplatz und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür.
