Da ich meine Traumwohnung in Berliner Bestlage noch nicht ganz aufgeben möchte, suche ich von Oktober bis mindestens Ende Februar eine/n Mitbewohner/in.
Hier die Eckdaten:
- Zwei Zimmer zur privaten Nutzung (zusammen 27 m2), aktuell genutzt als ruhiges Schlafzimmer zum Garten und Büro zur Straße
- Gemeinsame Nutzung des Wohnbereichs mit >60 m2 mit offener Küche und Balkon, sowie zwei Badezimmern (mit Dusche und Badewanne)
- Neubau, 1. Etage mit Aufzug, super gelegen zwischen Kollwitzkiez und Mauerpark
- Möblierung nach Absprache mit der Vormieterin. Im gemeinsamen Bereich ist alles vorhanden
- Zeitraum: Oktober 2023 bis mindestens Ende Februar 2024 (Verlängerung offen)
- Miete: 1200 Euro alles inklusive (Strom, Internet, Reinigung)
Schreibt mir kurz ein wenig über euch, und was eure Pläne/ aktuelle Arbeit in Berlin sind. Ich freue mich euch kennenzulernen!!

Since I don't want to give up my dream apartment in Berlin's best location quite yet, I'm looking for a flatmate from October until at least the end of February.
Some key facts:
- Two rooms for private use (combined 27 m2), currently used as a quiet bedroom to the garden and office to the street
- Shared living area of >60 m2 with open kitchen and balcony, and two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub)
- New building, 1st floor with elevator, great location between Kollwitzkiez and Mauerpark
- Option to take over furniture from previous tenant; common areas are fully equipped
- Period: October 2023 until at least end of February 2024 (extension possible)
- Rent: 1200 euros all inclusive (electricity, internet, cleaning)
