Dear sufferers of the despicable Berlin housing situation,
I will be renting my room from 01/05/24 for a minimum of 6 months. An extension will most likely be probable, as I will be gone for at least a year
It is a shared flat with my roommate Greg, who is 32 years old and works as a bartender in a nearby bar. A nice, respectful and chill guy.
Prenzlauer berg close to U schonhauser allee, Non smoking (you can smoke on the balcony if you want tho), the flat has cooking utensils etc. I will take my stuff but not the furniture except from the desk. The flat is newly built, with good thermal/sound insulation, washing machines, clean, and I would like to find a person that is caring and nice.
Also, it has a balcony and a shared garden to chill / eat on the back.
The price is exactly what I pay, no profiteering involved.

Nice calm street, the room is on the back so very silent.
Close to ringbahn (Schonhauser allee) and trams, 5 min away from lidl, 10 min away from rewe/netto
Close to korean fried chicken and Wen Cheng!!
