Ich vermiete mein 21m² großes Zimmer (mit Balkon) vom 30.10. - ca. 20.12.2023 in meiner 63 m² großen 2er WG.
Eigentlich vermiete ich schon ab dem 26.09.23 , komme aber Ende Oktober nochmal kurz wieder für ein paar Tage.
Habe noch ein anderes Inserat nur für den Zeitraum 26.09. - 26.10.23.
Also falls ihr von dem 26.09. bis ca 20.12.23 sucht dann lasst es mich wissen, vielleicht finden wir eine Lösung mit den Übergangstagen. Ansonsten wie hier angegeben ab dem 30.10.23, darauf bezieht sich auch der Mietpreis.
Bitte nur Anfragen für die genannten Zeiträume bzw. ich suche keine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner*in.
UND: Was mir auch wichtig ist, ich habe viele Pflanzen, du solltest also einen grünen Daumen haben ;)

I rent my 21m² room (with balcony) from 30.10. - about 20.12.2023 in my 63 m² 2-person shared apartment.
Actually, I rent already from 26.09.23 , but come back at the end of October again briefly for a few days.
Have another ad only for the period 26.09. - 26.10.23.
So if you are looking from the 26.09. to about 20.12.23 then let me know, maybe we can find a solution with the transition days. Otherwise as stated here from 30.10.23, the rental price also refers to this.
Please only inquiries for the mentioned periods and I am not looking for a new roommate(s).
AND: What is also important to me, I have many plants, so you should have a green thumb ;)
Pankow/ Prenzlauer Berg mit seinen diversen Möglichkeiten und sehr guter Anbindung. In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du zahlreiche Ausgehmöglichkeiten, super Essen, diverse Bars und Läden. (Veganz, Lidl-gegenüber, Gesundbrunnencenter, Schönhauser Arcaden, etc.).
Der Mauerpark und der Humboldhainpark auch um die Ecke.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist top. Die M13/50 vor der Haustüre, die Ringbahn und die S-Bahn Station Bornholmer Str. (S9, S8, S1,2 und S25) gleich um die Ecke. In eine halben Stunde ist man in Friedrichshein, Kreuzberg oder Neukölln.
Pankow/ Prenzlauer Berg with its various possibilities and very good connections. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous nightlife options, great food, various bars and stores. (Veganz, Lidl-opposite, Gesundbrunnencenter, Schönhauser Arcaden, etc.).
Mauerpark and Humboldhainpark are also around the corner.
The transport connection is top. The M13/50 in front of the door, the Ringbahn and the S-Bahn station Bornholmer Str. (S9, S8, S1,2 and S25) just around the corner. In half an hour you are in Friedrichshein, Kreuzberg or Neukölln.
Ich habe einen sehr netten Mitbewohner. Fernando ist in dem Zeitraum auch da falls ihr Fragen habt oder Hilfe braucht.
I have a very nice roommate. Fernando is also there in the period if you have questions or need help.
