Das Zimmer hat wie abgebildet Dielen und Stuck, zwei große Fenster zur Straße (westseite). Teilmöbliert mit Sofa, auf Wunsch mit Schreibtisch und anderen kleinen Möbeln.
Die Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren saniert und hat eine geräumige Küche, separates WC und Badezimmer und Flur. Die ganze Wohnung ist hell und wunderschön. Bitte beachtet, dass die aktuelle Einrichtung noch die Möbel der Vormieter zeigt, da wir die Wohnung gerade gemeinsam möblieren. :-) Da wir erst jetzt in die WG einziehen muss anfangs auf jeden Fall etwas in die Einrichtung investiert werden, aber das meiste (Waschmaschine etc.) haben wir schon.

Beautiful large room with wooden floors and decorated ceilings. Two large windows to the street (west side). Partially furnished with a sofa, and on request with a desk.
The whole flat was renovated 2 years ago and comes with a spacious kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom. and a hallway with storage space. The whole apartment is bright and gorgeous. The current photos show the furniture of the previous tenants since we just moved into the flat and are still in the process of furnishing it.
We are just moving into the WG now, so it will take some investment into the furniture etc. But we already have most basics like fridge, washing machine etc.
Zentrale Lage an der Schönhauser Allee. Wir ziehen erst in die Gegend, aber es ist wirklich eine top Lage in Berlin, direkt an der Station Eberswalder Str. Diverse shops, cafés, restaurants in direkter Nähe. Mauerpark ist 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.

The apartment is centrally located on Schönhauser Allee. We are just now moving to the area, but it is one of the best locations in Berlin. Diverse shops, cafés, restaurants in immediate vicinity. Mauerpark is reachable 5 minutes by foot. We are verx close to the U-Bahn which is a big plus as well.
In der WG wohnen bisher:
Stella (29), she/her, arbeitet als Psychologin im Forschungsbereich und ist kürzlich aus Leipzig hergezogen. Sie mag es Freunde zu treffen und für sie zu kochen, probiert sich im DJing, mag cafés und plant ihre eigene kleine Kaffeestation in der Küche. Sie liest gerne Romane, photographiert mit ihrer analog Kamera und feiert auch gerne mal. Es soll aber keine Party WG werden. :) Stella hat für ihren Bachelor schonmal in Berlin gewohnt und mag es jetzt einen neuen Kiez zu erkunden.
und Julia (27), she/her, kommt aus Australien und ist neu in Berlin. Sie ist queer und Landschaftsarchitektin. Sie liebt es Rad zu fahren, zu kochen und zu gärtnern. Sie ist lieb und lustig, und mag es mit anderen in der WG Spaß zu haben bzw. auch mal etwas zu unternehmen. :-)
Wir kennen uns erst seit kurzem, aber das WG Leben organisieren wir sehr entspannt, und sehr gemeinschaftlich. Wir suchen jemanden, der/die auch etwas Zeit in den gemeinsamen Space investieren will, um ein gemütliches Zuhause zu schaffen. Natürlich teilen wir gern mal Mahlzeiten oder Drinks oder planen Sachen gemeinsam, aber jede/r darf sich auch zurückziehen.

So far these two people live in the apartment:
Stella (29) works as a researcher in psychology. She recently moved to Berlin from Leipzig. She likes to meet friends, cook for them, is trying out DJing, loves cafés and wants to have her own coffee station in the kitchen. She loves reading novels, photograph with her analog camera and also loves going out to dance. We're not planning to start a party flat share though. Stella already lived in Berlin for her bachelors, and is looking forward to exploring a new area.
and Julia (27) is from Australia and new to town. She is a queer landscape architect who loves to cycle, garden and cook a big sunday breakfast. She is equal parts gentle and silly, and values someone who can goof around too.
We are looking for a third person to complete our flat share. We only know each other a short time, but are organising WG life relaxed, but also very comunaly. We are looking to build a comfortable and safe home, and are looking forward to putting time and love into creating a cute and cosy space. We would love to find someone who wants to invest the same effort. Of course we also share drinks or meals with each other on occasion or plan things together, but everyone can also organise their own time / lives. .
The rental price includes everything: internet, electricity, gez.
Available starting November 15th or sooner.
