I'm looking for someone who wants to or need to rent a room for 2,5months.
From 13.11 (Monday, but we will exchange the keys on Sunday; evening) till 31.01.2024 ( I have to be back on the last day of January, we can be flexible)
I'm leaving Berlin for winter and would be wonderful if someone would take care of the room ;)
Room has a balcony, during winter is perfect for smoking spot; bed, armchair, desk *sit and stand*; chair, night stand, wardrobe and two small kalax. A lot of plants, but I guess I will take care of this, or you a fan of plants so you might help me with it :)
Deposit is high but I don't want any surprises. We can talk about this and about the price.
My roommate is quite and rarely in the house, so you will be renting the room but having the apartment most of the time for yourself.
So also im looking for some who i can trust!!
Only females! Would be amazing for someone quite and responsible; I'm looking for someone who is NOT quite in Berlin type, I don't want any one with party mood and drugs mood. Sorry not sorry, Berlin is teaching a lot ;) Also you are able to ask your friend to visit, but not stayed like 4 weeks.

Most of the equipment from kitchen stays.
Location is perfect! You have 5minut walk to Borholmer Str and Sban, about 8-10 minut to Schönhauseralle Sban. The same distance do Gesudbrunnen.
Mostly people living in the building - parents with kids, so it's really easy and quite hood.
Mauerpark jest less than 10min walk ;)
My roommate is rarely in home, but she is quite and easy going girl.
We are both adults, we are respecting each other life
Working home office, so we can be flexible.
