Wir suchen einen Mitbewohner/in für ca. 1-2 Jahre zur Zwischenmiete, da wir das Zimmer in 1-2 Jahren selbst wieder benötigen. Frühstmöglicher Einzug wäre ab dem 15. Januar 2024 für ca. 1-2 Jahren (genaue Dauer können wir flexibel besprechen).
Ideal ist das Zimmer für jemanden, der z.b. neu nach Berlin zieht und sich von hier aus eine eigene Wohnung suchen möchte. Ebenso für Praktikumsaufenthalte etc.
Das Zimmer verfügt über einen sehr schöne Stuckdetails, schöne Altbautüren und frisch abgeschliffenen Eichenparkett.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und hat eine Einbauküche inkl. Mikrowelle, neuem Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, etc.... Es ist eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und mit einem ausfahrbaren, komfortablen Schlafsofa (Matratze: 160cm), Schreib-/Esstisch und einem appleTV ausgestattet.
Bittet sendet eine Nachricht mit einer kurzen Beschreibung, wer ihr seid und warum genau dieses Zimmer für Euch passt.
