Hallo ihr Suchenden,
unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin zieht mit ihrem Freund zusammen, somit wird das Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist bereits ab 01.03.2024 frei, man kann also zum 01.03.24 oder zum 01.04.24 einziehen.
Nichtraucherwohnung, Altbau, hohe Decken, Erdgeschoss - EG, ruhige Seitenstraße.
Möbliert, Hochbett, alle auf den Fotos abgebildeten Möbel kann man benutzen, z.B.: Schreibtisch, Stühle, 2-er Sofa, Sessel, Kleiderschrank, Kommode.
Oder Ihr bringt komplett eigene Möbel mit, dann kommen die hier vorhandenen Möbel evtl. weg.
Anmeldung natürlich möglich.
Sonst alles da, Wasch- u. Spülmaschine, voll eingerichtete Küche usw.

room is available already from 01.03.24. Means you can move in at 1.March or 1.April.
ONLY for grown up, responsible people who know how to run a household and keep the bathroom and kitchen clean. If you can´t do that, you´re very wrong here.
Non-smoker flat. "Altbau" = apartment in old building. Flat is on the ground floor. House is in a smal, quiet street, has a big bathroom and kitchen.
Of course you can use the washing-machine and kitchen etc.
Yes, you can get a tenancy/sublease (Untermietvertrag) and a "Anmeldung" = registration.
There´s some furniture like a bed, desk, wardrobe (closet), some chairs, sofa/couch etc. you can use that.
Good connection to public transport.
I´m a cinematographer and photographer, I like to do sports (no fitnessfreak), play some piano - but at home only E-Piano with headphones, so you don´t hear anything. Your other flatmate would be a very open minded IT-guy, very communicative an interested in many things like dancing, languages etc.
Great if you already have experience with living in a shared-flat.
We have a relaxed life here, sometimes we talk/eat/drink together in the kitchen or go out. Or not, then we chill or work alone in our own room. There´s no "must" for anything.
Späti (late-shop) and supermarket 3 min. away.
Public transport:
ca. 3 min to tram (50, M13).
ca. 4 min to S-Bahn Bornholmer Straße (S1, S2, S25, S26, S8, S85)
ca. 12 min to U/S-Bahn (subway) Schönhauser Allee (U2, S8, Ringbahn S41, S42)

Ausschließlich für erwachsene, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Menschen die wissen wie man ein Bad und eine Küche sauber hält. Wer sowas nicht kapiert - bitte Zuhause bei Hotel Mama bleiben, hier nicht. Wir haben aber keinen Putzfimmel, wir sind normal sauber ;).
Erfahrungsgemäß ist es von Vorteil wenn du nicht ganz so jung und frisch nach dem Abi bist.
Wenn du WG-Erfahrung schon mitbringst ist es auch super.
Bei uns ging´s immer entspannt zu, mal quatschen/essen, trinken wir ein Wein/Bierchen (oder auch zwei) zusammen in der Küche oder man hat seine Ruhe im eigenen Zimmer. Alles kann, nichts muss. Und ja, selbstverständlich darf man ganz normal Freunde, Freund-Freundin und Besuch empfangen.
Ich bin Kameramann und Fotograf, mache gerne etwas Sport (kein Fitnessfreak) spiele etwas Klavier - zuhause aber ausschließlich E-Piano mit Kopfhörern, ihr hört davon also nichts. Dein zweiter Mitbewohner wäre Till, ein sehr aufgeschlossener IT-ler der sehr kommunikativ und an vielen Dingen interessiert ist.
Die Katze vom Nachbarn kommt öfters vorbei ;)
