Das Zimmer wäre ab Mitte Januar, oder auch schon etwas früher frei. Für den Januar fällt nur die Hälfte der Miete an, also 250€.
Das Zimmer ist zum grünen Innenhof hin ausgerichtet und bietet genug Platz für alles was man braucht. Es kommt möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Kleiderschank.
Die Wohnung selber hat ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und Waschmaschine und ein weiteres Klo. Außerdem haben wir ein großes Wohnzimmer mit mehreren Sofa/Couches und einem großen Tisch, in dem man sehr gut Gäste einladen kann und man sich auch allgemein gut aufhalten kann.
Zusätzlich gibt es einen Wintergarten, in dem ein paar Pflanzen und eine Couch stehen und in dem man Rauchen kann. Die Küche ist auch mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und wir haben einen geräumigen Keller.

The room would be available from the middle of January, or even a bit earlier. For January you would only need to pay half the rent.
The room is facing the quiet, inner courtyard that is full of plants/trees and has enough space for everything you need. It will be furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair and a closet.
The apartment has a bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine, and an additional toilet. We also have a spacious living room with multiple couches/sofas and a large table. It is ideal to host guests or just to hang out.
Furthermore, there is a "Wintergarden"/conservatory, with some plant and a couch, in which you can smoke and also hang out. The kitchen is well equipped. There is an elevator and we have a spacious basement for storage as well.

Wir sind ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Volkspark Friedrichshain entfernt. Die Tram ist 1 Gehminute entfernt und hat Anbindungen an den Alexanderplatz, Hackeschen Markt, S Greifswalder Straße (Ringbahn) und die M10. Man kommt also über all sehr gut öffentlich hin. Allgemein ist die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen, mit vielen Cafes, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir haben einen Lidl und Aldi, sowie einen Edeka, Rewe und mehrere Biomärkte in der Nähe. Es gibt auch einen Markt, in ca. 10 Fußminuten Entfernung, welcher regelmäßig stattfindet.

We are located about 3 minutes by foot to Volkspark Friedrichshain (a huge and very nice (!!) park). The tram is about 1 minute by foot and can connect you to Alexanderplatz, Hackescher Markt, S Greifswalder Straße (Ringbahn) and to the M10. You can get everywhere very nicely by public transportation. In general, the flat is located very centrally. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops located nearby. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a Lidl and an Aldi close by, as well as an Edeka, a Rewe and some organic supermarkets. A farmer's market is also regularly taking place about 1 minutes by foot from here.

Wir beiden (zwei Studenten) leben relativ unabhängig von einander und konzentrieren uns sehr auf die Arbeit und das Studium. Wir sind aber auch privat befreundet und sind oft zusammen mit der gleichen Freundesgruppe unterwegs. Wir legen großen Wert auf offene Kommunikation und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme, es gibt aber keinen Zwang, regelmäßig irgendetwas zusammen unternehmen zu müssen oder so. Außerdem putzen wir die Gemeinschaftsräume regelmäßig; entweder alle zusammen, oder wir teilen es auf, je nachdem, was gerade besser in die persönlichen Zeitpläne passt. Allgemein sind leben wir ein eher ruhiges Leben, aber natürlich kann man auch aktuell Parties veranstalten, falls man das vorher ankündigt. Unsere Nachbarn sind auch sehr entspannt, was das angeht.

We (two students) live relatively independently from one another and are focusing a lot on our studies and work. But we are also private friends and regularly hang out amongst the same group of friends. We value open, and frequent communication, as well as being considerate of each others general preferences and lifestyles. There is no pressure to regularly do something together. However, we do clean the apartment together regularly; either everyone at once or we split up the work, to fit better in our schedules. We live a relatively quiet life, but you can, of course, host parties here from time to time, if you announce them beforehand. Our neighbors are pretty chill with regards to that.
We can do online viewings or in person viewing. In person viewings would only be possible starting from the 03. of January.
