Biete hier ein sehr geräumiges 35qm Zimmer meiner Wohnung an. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Helmholzkiez und hat eine gesamtgröße von 100qm.
Da mein Mitbewohner momentan im Ausland ist, vermiete ich das Zimmer nur Zeitweise. Das Zimmer ist ab 01.12.23 bis 28.02.24 verfügbar.
Die Monatsmiete beträgt 800€ warm. Wöchentlich wäre das Zimmer ebenfalls zu vermieten für 390€ pro Woche.
Pro weitere Person wären es 15€ mehr pro Tag.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Die meiste Zeit wirst du die Wohnung für dich alleine haben, da ich arbeitstechnisch kaum zuhause bin.
Wichtig:
Das Zimmer wird nur mit Bett, Bettgestell, Kleiderstange vermietet. Alles andere müsstet ihr selbst einrichten bzw. mitbringen. Voll ausgestattete Küche könnt ihr selbstverständlich mitbenutzen, sowie das Bad und Badewanne, die Balkone im Wohn- sowie Schlafzimmer.
Wöchentliche Reinigungsgebühr: 20€
Kaution wären pro Aufenthalt 500€ (egal wie lange du bleibst)

35m2 room in my apartment located in the Helmholtz neighborhood, totaling 100 m2. As my roommate is currently abroad, I'm renting the room temporarily from December - March.
The monthly rent is €800, all-inclusive. Alternatively, the room is available weekly for €390. An additional person incurs a €15 daily fee.
Important: The room comes furnished with a bed and bed frame. You'll need to set up or bring everything else. Feel free to use the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub, and balconies in the living and bedroom.
Weekly cleaning fee: €20.
A €500 deposit is required for any stay duration.
I prioritize meeting beforehand. Simply call or message.
I’m mostly out of the house during the day due work, so you will have the apartment for your own the most of the time.
Pets are not allowed.
The neighborhood:
Situated by Helmholtzplatz with numerous restaurants, pubs, bars, parks, shopping, boutiques, second-hand stores, art and culture, supermarkets (including organic), and a Saturday market at Kollwitzplatz featuring local products.
Close to U-Bahn 2 at Eberswalderstrasse (under 5 minutes), Tram 12 at Raumerstrasse and M10 at Fröbelstraße (2 minutes away), and S-Schönhauser Allee (8 minutes on foot). Reach Alexanderplatz in 5 minutes via U-Bahn.

Die Gegend:
Direkt am Helmholtzplatz, viele Restaurants, Kneipen, Bars, Parks, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,
Boutiquen, Second Handläden, Kunst und Kultur, Supermärkte,- auch Bio, Samstags gibt es einen kleinen Wochenmarkt am Kollwitzplatz, mit regionalen Produkten.
U-Bahn 2, an der Eberswalderstrasse, keine 5 Minuten entfernt.
Tram 12 Raumerstrasse und M10 Fröbelstraße, Haltestellen 2 Minuten Gehweg vom Haus entfernt und die S-Schönhauser Allee, 8 min Fussweg.
Am Alexanderplatz ist man in 5 min mit der U-Bahn
