Schönes WG-Zimmer in Prenzlauer Berg

Die Wohnung ist in der Schönhauser Allee, nur 1 min. zum U-Bahnhof Eberswalder Straße und ca. 6 Min zur Ringbahn. Also sehr gut angebunden.

Falls du die Gegend nicht kennst: hier gibt es unzählige Cafes, Kneipen, schöne kleine Läden, einen Rewe direkt gegenüber, mehrere Bioläden, jede Menge Imbisse und Restaurants, den Mauerpark, den Helmholzplatz, ein Kino in Laufnähe und vieles mehr.

Ausserdem haben wir einen sehr schönen Hof mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und netten Nachbarn.

The apartment is on Schönhauser Allee, only 1 minute from the Eberswalder Straße subway station and about 6 minutes from the Ringbahn. So very well connected.

If you don't know the area: there are countless cafes, pubs, nice little shops, a Rewe directly opposite, several organic shops, lots of snack bars and restaurants, Mauerpark, Helmholzplatz, a cinema within walking distance and much more.

We also have a very nice yard with lots of seating and nice neighbors.

Hi, ich bin Julia :-)

Ich würde mich als achtsam, warmherzig, lebenslustig und kreativ bezeichnen. Nachdem meine Kinder beide ausgezogen sind, habe ich mehrere Zimmer, die ich zeitweise vermiete, da ich selbst erstens nicht mehr so viel Platz brauche und zweitens oft in Portugal bin, wo ich mit meinem Schatz im Sommer ein schönes wildes Stück Land gekauft habe. Beruflich bin ich als Freelancer im kreativ-therapeutischen Bereich unterwegs. Es leben - ausser den Menschen- meine Katze Tiffany (wenn sie gerade nicht mit mir in Portugal ist) und viele Pflanzen in meiner Wohnung.

Die gesamte Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und mit ein paar kreativen Akzenten eingerichtet. Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den gemeinsamen Räumen ist mir wichtig, im eigenen Zimmer - jede wie sie mag.

Wenn ich da bin (und nicht in Portugal) freue ich mich, wenn etwas wie Freundschaft entsteht, wir gerne auch mal ein paar Stunden zusammen in der Küche sitzen und quatschen, wenn es passt. Mein eigener Space ist mir aber auch wichtig und ich respektiere dieses Bedürfnis selbstverständlich auch bei anderen.

Bis Ende Juli wohnt Mathilde mit in der WG. Mit ihr wirst du mehr zutun haben, als mit mir, weil ich im Sommer die meiste Zeit in Portugal sein werde. Daher ist es mir wichtig, eine Person zu finden, die auch mit Mathilde gut passt.

Mathilde: "Momentan lebe ich auf einem kleinen Hof bei Hannover in einer feinen WG und mache eine Ausbildung zur Atem-, Sprech- und Stimmlehrerin.
Ab dem nächsten Jahr beginnt unser Praxissemester, habe verschiedene Stationen in Berlin im tanztherapeutischen, musikpädagogischen und logopädischen Bereich.

Bin froh über gemütliche Atmosphäre, gemeinsame Augenblicke in der Küche, Offenherzigkeit & Kommunikation.

Hi, I'm Julia :-)

I would describe myself as mindful, warm-hearted, fun-loving and creative. Now that my children have both moved out, I have several rooms that I rent out temporarily because, firstly, I don't need that much space anymore and secondly, I'm often in Portugal, where I bought a beautiful, wild piece of land with my sweetheart in the summer. Professionally, I work as a freelancer in the creative and therapeutic area. In addition to the people, my cat Tiffany (when she is not with me in Portugal) and many plants live in my apartment.

The entire apartment is bright, friendly and furnished with a few creative accents. Order and cleanliness in the common areas is important to me, in my own room - each as they like.

When I'm there (and not in Portugal) I'm happy when something like friendship develops; we like to sit together in the kitchen for a few hours and chat if it's convenient. But my own space is also important to me and I of course respect this need in others too.
