Da ich von 16.1. bis 11.3.2024 verreise und deshalb nicht in Berlin bin, vermiete ich mein WG Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen 3er WG im Prenzlauer Berg unter.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 15 m2 groß, hat ein großes Fenster, ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch, einen Kleiderschrank und ein Regal. Das Zimmer geht in den Innenhof hinaus, sodass es sehr ruhig ist :).
As I'm not going to be in Berlin from 16th of January until 11th of March I'm subletting my room in our shared flat in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. The room is around 15m2 big and contains my bed, my desk, my wardrobe and a shelf. It got a window to the patio so that there are no street noises :).
Die WG befindet sich im 4. Stock in einer ruhigen Lage im Prenzlauer Berg. Vor der Haustür hält direkt die Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Humannplatz), die Ringbahn-Stationen Schönhauser Allee und Prenzlauer Allee sind fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Man ist hier also super angebunden.
Man ist sehr schnell im Helmholtz Kiez, in dem man jegliche Bars und Restaurants finden kann. Wer gerne joggt oder einfach Sonntags zum Flohmarkt in den Mauerpark will, läuft hier etwa 15 Minuten.
The shared flat is located in the 4th floor in a quiet area of prenzlauer berg. The public transport is right in front of our house (1 min to M12 Tram, around 10 minutes to S-Bahn Schönhauser Allee or Prenzlauer Allee). There are some really sweet neighbourhoods very close (for example the helmoltz platz with a lot of bars and cute restaurants), also there is Mauerpark around 15 minutes away, where there's a fleamarket every sunday.
In der WG wohnen Teresa (vegan) und Jacqui (vegetarisch). Beide sind Ärztinnen und arbeiten derzeit beide Teilzeit. Wir gehen gerne mal am Wochenende aus, sind aber keine Party WG. Beide sind super offen und lieb. Gerne kochen wir zusammen (vegan oder vegetarisch) oder hängen einfach nur ab. Wir wünschen uns eine genauso offene und tolerante Person. Sexismus, Rassismus und Homophobie haben hier absolut keinen Platz. Außerdem ist uns Sauberkeit im Zusammenleben wichtig, und erwarten, dass sich alle darum bemühen :-)
My flatmates are Teresa and Jacqui, who are both doctors and have parttime jobs. We like to go out at the weekends but we are no party-flat. We are a vegetarian/ vegan, we care about the environment and are very open minded and tolerant persons, which is why we would love to find a person who shares the same values :-) There is absolutely not room for sexism, racism or homophobia. Also we want our flat to be clean and expect everyone to care about it the same way.
