It is a big, sunny room, with a large double bed, a wardrobe, a very comfortable camping sofa, a small table, a shelf, a mirror und a writing desk with a chair. There are big windows and a door to the balcony.
The kitchen is big enough for 4 people to eat comfortably, you can cook, but under one conditon: Pleas NO garlic in the house, as I am highly allergic to that. There is a cooker, an oven, fridge and a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a tub, a shower and a bidet, toilet is in an extra room. You can use the washing machine as well.
The house is 140 years old and in a great neighbourhood, full of cafés and great places to eat, many of them still with moderate prices. The area is lively, culturally interesting and pretty safe.
The tram takes you in 6 minutes to Alexanderplatz, 4 minutes away, in 12 minutes you can walk to the Metro.
The flat has two big rooms and I live in the other one. I work freelance, in the field of languages, I'm often out and rather busy, quiet, love to keep to myself, but really enjoy a good conversation every now and then. I cook mostly once a day, like to keep things in order and clean.
I'm a rather easygoing person, friendly and patient, not without a certain sense of humour. Interested in a lot of fields, reading, cinema, Aikido, have family and many friends.
