Hey Leute,
ich biete ein WG Zimmer an, welches frei geworden ist. Das Zimmer ist leer, die Vorhänge könnt ihr aber gerne übernehmen. Ein Bett etc. müsstet ihr aber selber mitbringen. Ich selber habe keine wirklichen Anforderungen an meinen neuen Mitbewohner, es wäre aber gut, wenn Sauberkeit vorhanden ist und man Probleme offen kommuniziert. Ich selber bin ein sehr fröhlicher Mensch und schätze es auch, wenn mein Roomie positiv durch den Tag geht :) Die WG ist komplett ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Küchenutensilien, Putzutensilien, WLan, Warmwasser etc.
Angebunden ist die Wohnung auch gut, nämlich an die U2 (Vinetastraße). Diese ist in ca. 7min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wenn euch das Zimmer gefällt, könnt ihr mir gerne schreiben, wann ihr für eine Besichtigung vorbeikommen könntet.
Die wichtigsten Daten:

Hey people,
I am offering a room in a shared apartment that has become available. The room is empty, but you are welcome to take over the curtains. But you'll have to bring your own bed, etc. I don't have any real requirements for my new roommate, but it would be good if there was cleanliness and problems were communicated openly. I myself am a very happy person and appreciate it when my Roomie goes through the day positively :) The shared apartment is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, cleaning utensils, WiFi, hot water, etc.
The apartment is also well connected, namely to the U2 (Vinetastraße). This can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot.
If you like the room, feel free to write to me and tell me when you could come over for a viewing.
