Ich vermiete mein Super schönes Altbauzimmer inmitten Prenzlauer Bergs. Ich ziehe für 10 Monate nach Australien und bleibe dann wahrscheinlich weitere 5 Monate im Ausland. Dadurch besteht vielleicht die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer bis September 2025 zu mieten.
Das ZIMMER ist komplett ausgestattet. Es hat ein 180X200cm Bett, höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch, Sofa, Fernseher und vieles mehr.
Die WOHNUNG ist eine klassische Altbauwohnung, mit fast 5 Meter hohen Decken. Im Innenhof haben wir ein paar Pflanzen, eine Bank und einen Tisch, an dem man auch mal mit Freunden essen kann. Die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet, da wir alle gerne kochen. Sie hat einen Gasherd und Elektro-Ofen, einen großen Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlabteil, Geschirrspüler und einen super großen Tisch an den 10 und wenn man kuschelt auch mehr Menschen ran passen.
Das BAD hat eine große Badewanne, einen Handtuchheizkörper und eine neue Waschmaschine.
Das HAUS hat super viele nette Nachbar:innen und einen abgeschlossenen Fahrradraum in dem ihr ohne Schleppen sicher euer Fahrrad abstellen könnt.
Die MITBEWOHNER. Gil ist 24, Soziologie Student im Master und geht gerne skaten. Er ist super lieb und ein toller Gesprächspartner, mit dem man gerne Zeit verbringt. Das andere Zimmer wird von meinen Geschwistern gemieden, die etwa alle 2–3 Monate mal für die Arbeit in der Stadt sind. Die restliche Zeit sind sie in der Natur oder bei Ihrer Familie. Meine Geschwister sind Andre, 39 Jahre, er arbeitet als Journalist und meine Schwester Katja, 44 Jahre, sie arbeitet als UX-Designerin. Meine Nichte 6 Jahre alt, kommt auch 1–2 Mal im Jahr in die Wohnung, spricht das muss für die okay sein.
Vielleicht ein paar Worte zu mir. Ich bin 24 Jahre, international Sustainability Management Studentin und nebenberuflich Chocolate-Tasterin. Ich lebe fürs Klettern und die Natur.

I'm renting out my super nice 'Altbau' room in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg.
I'm moving to Australia for 10 months and will probably stay abroad for another 5 months. This may give me the opportunity to rent the room until September 2025.
The ROOM is fully furnished. It has a 180X200cm bed, height-adjustable desk, sofa, TV and much more.
The APARTMENT is a classic 'Altbau' apartment, with almost 5 meter high ceilings. In the courtyard we have a few plants, a bench and a table where you can eat with friends. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped as we all like to cook. It has a gas hob and electric oven, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a super large table that can seat 10 people or more if you snuggle up.
The BATHROOM has a large bathtub, a towel radiator and a new washing machine.
The HOUSE has lots of nice neighbors and a locked bike room where you can safely park your bike without having to drag it around.
The LIMITED RESIDENTS. Gil is 24, a sociology student on his Master's degree and loves to skate. He's super nice and a great person to talk to and enjoy spending time with. The other room is avoided by my siblings, who are in town every 2-3 months for work. The rest of the time they are out in nature or with their family. My siblings are Andre, 39 years old, who works as a journalist, and my sister Katja, 44 years old, who works as a UX designer. My niece, 6 years old, also comes to the apartment 1-2 times a year, which must be okay for her.
Maybe a few words about me. I'm 24 years old, an international sustainability management student and a part-time chocolate taster. I live for climbing and nature.

Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Weinviertel, dort gibt es süße kleine Cafés, zwei davon rösten ihren eigenen Kaffee. Das Bötzowvierel und der Kollwitzkiez grenzen direkt ans Winsviertel. Es gibt zwei Parks in der nähe, den Park am Wasserturm und der Volkspark Friedrichshain.
Im Umkreis von 5-10 min Fußweg findet ihr gefühlt jeden Supermarkt, ob Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Nett und auch Denn's Biomarkt. Es gibt 1 min entfernt einen Bio-Bächer und 3 min entfertn einen normalen Bäcker.
Falls ihr gerne Essen, Brunchen oder aus geht, gibt es ein paar Minuten von der Wohnung super viele Restaurants, Bars und mehr.
Die Wohnung ist mega gut angebunden. Ihr lauft etwa 2 in zur M10, die euch zum Hauptbahnhof, Mauerpark, nach Wedding der nach Friedrichshain zur Warschauerstraße bringt. Etwa 3 min zu Fuß findet ihr die M4 und die M2, die euch nach Mitte oder zur Ring-Bahn bringen. Ihr könnt aber auch 10-15 min zu S-Greifswalder laufen. Zusätzlich ist neben der M10 Station auf eine Next-Bike Station, super praktisch und günstige Option, wenn man ein Fahrrad braucht, das man überall abstellen kann.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Weinviertel, where there are cute little cafés, two of which roast their own coffee. The Bötzowvierel and Kollwitzkiez neighborhoods border directly on the Winsviertel. There are two parks nearby, the Park am Wasserturm and the Volkspark Friedrichshain.
Within a 5-10 minute walk you will find what feels like every supermarket, whether Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Nett or Denn's organic market. There is an organic bakery 1 minute away and a normal bakery 3 minutes away.
If you like eating out, brunching or going out, there are lots of restaurants, bars and more just a few minutes from the apartment.
The apartment has a great location. You walk about 2 minutes to the M10, which takes you to the main station, Mauerpark, to Wedding or to Friedrichshain to Warschauerstraße. The M4 and M2 are about a 3-minute walk away and will take you to Mitte or the Ring-Bahn. You can also walk 10-15 minutes to S-Greifswalder. There is also a Next-Bike station next to the M10 station, which is a super practical and affordable option if you need a bike that you can park anywhere.

Wir kochen manchmal zusammen oder gehen zusammen feiern. Jeder bringt ab und zu mal Freunde mit, meisten schreiben wir eine kurze heads-up Nachricht, damit der andere Bescheid weiß. Ansonsten kann man auch sein eigenes Ding machen, je nachdem, wie man sich fühlt.
Wir halten die Küche und das Bad sehr sauber, dafür haben wir keinen Putzplan, da es so klappt. Wir wünschen und also jemanden, der einfach mal sauer macht, wenn es dran ist oder auch mal Müllbeutel kauft. Wir rechnen nichts auf oder teilen keine Kosten für Putzmittel, da jeder etwas kauft, wenn er sieht, dass es alle ist.

We sometimes cook together or go out clubbing. Every now and then we bring friends with us and most of the time we write a short heads up message to let each other know. Otherwise, you can do your own thing, depending on how you feel.
We keep the kitchen and bathroom very clean, but we don't have a cleaning schedule because that's how it works. So we would like someone who just does the cleaning when it's time or buys bin liners. We don't add anything up or share the cost of cleaning products, as everyone buys something when they see that they've run out.
