I am renting a room in my beautiful 115sqm apartment on Kollwitzkiez from 01.04.2024 to 01.10.2024.
The space is spread across a large kitchen, very large living room with a dining space and balcony overlooking kollwitzstrasse. The apartment is clean and bright, and full of plants! Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and all the modern appliances.
The rented room is roughly 18sqm and also looks out onto kollwitzstrasse. The room is currently has some furniture, however you would need to bring a bed.
There is one bathroom that we would share, with a shower, bath and a washing machine.
The total warm rent is €1100, with a deposit of €1500 to be paid when contract is signed.
Anmeldung is possible.
Towards the Danziger Strasse end of Kollwithzstrasse, right next to the restaurant Chotto. You have great connection links with the tram stops being under 4 minutes walk. The U2 Eberswalder is also a 10 minute walk away.
On Saturdays there is a lovely farmers market and the apartment is right at the beginning which makes for a lovely Saturday stroll.
I am 35 male, looking to rent the room to a professional person, ideally above the age of 26 - but that isn't a deal breaker. Looking for someone clean and tidy, who will look after the space.
My girlfriend does sometimes stay, but I also stay with her sometimes, so the apartment will be free completely some nights.
No smokers or pets unfortunately.
