Zu vergeben ist ein 24qm Zimmer im skandinavischen Viertel des Prenzlauer Bergs.
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer knapp 97qm großen Altbauwohnung ist frei. Besichtigungstermine können kurzfristig vereinbart werden.
Die Vermietung des teilmöblierten Zimmers erfolgt vorerst für 12 Monate und kann möglicherweise verlängert werden. Der Fussbodenbelag ist Stabparkett und das Zimmer hat eine sehr hohe Stuckdecke.

Hi, Natalie and Heide have a spare room (24m2) in their shared flat in the Scandinavian Quarter of the Prenzlauer Berg. The room is part of an about 97m2 vintage flat. It has a wood strip floor and a very high ceiling. The room is partley furnished. The flat is available for at least 12 months, potentially longer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der ehemaligen Grenze zwischen Ost - und Westberlin, unweit der Bornholmer Straße, dem Grenzübergang an dem im November 1989 die Mauer viel. Das skandinavische Viertel zählt noch zu den alternativen Wohngegenden im Prenzlauer Berg. S-Bahn und Geschäfte (Rewe/Lidl/Aldi) sind in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Mauerpark (Flohmarkt), die Schönhauser Allee Arcaden (Shopping), Gesundbrunnen Center, Gleimkiez und der Helmoltzplatz (Restaurants & Bars) sind ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar. Die Anbindung an beide Flughäfen ist optimal.

The flat is located just at the former border of East- & West-Berlin. The Bornholmer Str., which was the first border crossing to open the gates when the wall came down in November 1989 is just around the corner. The Scandinavian Quarter is still one of the alternative areas in Prenzlauer Berg. You can reach S-Bahn and shops (Rewe/Lidl/Aldi) in less than 10 minutes. The Mauerpark (flea market), the Schönhauser Allee Arcaden and Gesundbrunnen Center (Shopping Malls) as well as Gleimkiez and Helmoltzplatz (Restaurants & Bars) are in walking distance. The connection to both airports in excellent.
Wir sind beide berufstätig und arbeiten von Montag bis Freitag, sowohl von Zuhause als auch aus dem Home Office.
