Hi, ich suche ein WG-Zimmer in Hamburg und biete ein WG-Zimmer in Berlin. Das Zimmer würde ich gerne langfristig tauschen.
Du würdest mit Ayleen (25) zusammenwohnen. Sie studiert Archologische Konservierung an der HTW.
Kurz zu mir: Ich studiere seit Oktober 2023 Fotografie an der HFBK und bin 27 Jahre alt.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß (26m2) und hat einen Balkon!
Der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Anbindung mit der BVG ist auch sehr gut. Die M4 und M10 sind wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ringbahn und Alexanderplatz sind auch zwischen 10-15 Minuten mit der Bahn erreichbar. Gemütliche Gegend mit vielen (auch günstigen) Restaurants.
Schreibt mir gerne auch gerne, wenn ihr vllt nur für eine kürzere Zeit euer Zimmer in Hamburg tauschen möchtet, oder die Mietpreise weit auseinander liegen. Wir finden bestimmt eine gute Lösung! :)

Hi, I'm looking for a room in a shared flat in Hamburg and I'm offering a room in a shared flat in Berlin. I would like to swap the room on a long-term basis.
You would be living with Ayleen (25). She is studying archaeological conservation at the HTW.
Briefly about me: I've been studying photography at the HFBK since October 2023 and I'm 27 years old.
The room is very large (26m2) and has a balcony!
The Volkspark Friedrichshain is only a few minutes' walk away. The connection with the BVG is also very good. The M4 and M10 are just a few minutes' walk away. Ringbahn and Alexanderplatz are also between 10-15 minutes away by train. Cosy area with many (also cheap) restaurants.
Feel free to write to me if you would like to swap your room in Hamburg for a shorter period of time or if the rental prices are far apart. We're sure to find a good solution! :)
