The room is 21 m² and with furniture (desk, chair, sofa, wardrobe). What is a bit special is the "Berliner Hochbett" above the door. (BTW, we will move the sofa from the living room into the room.)
The rent of 720 Euro covers all costs (basic rent, gas, electricity, internet, cleaning service for shared rooms etc.).
The apartment itself is 150 m² and at the ground floor with a little "garden" to the street. We have a washing machine, dish washer, 200 Mbps Internet, and a second bathroom.

Louise and Claas
The apartment is in Prenzlauer Berg right opposite to the lovely Volkspark Friedrichshain.
The neighborhood is rather calm and with plenty of nice cafés and restaurants.
The next bus stop is 3 minutes away and it's 10 minutes to the stations of Alexanderplatz or Greifswalder Straße (Ringbahn).
At the moment, it’s Louise and me (Claas) living in the apartment. Louise is 31 and comes from France. I’m 49 and from Germany. We work often from home. We are both open-minded and warm-hearted people.
We rather prefer working people 30+.
We don't rent to more than one person.
No party people.
No smoking.
Vegan/vegetarian people only.
No pets.
