The rent is 511.50 € warm (including utilities) + 15 € for internet. The room is 18m 2, and will be available from July 15.
The room is facing the courtyard to the south. We share the bathroom and kitchen together. There is a locked storage space in the basement and bicycle stands in the courtyard.
Some of the furniture of the room is for sale (totally optional). We can discuss this during the viewing.
The location is very close to S Schönhauser Allee. You have the Ringbahn, U2, and trams (M1, M12, M13, 50) very close by, as well as many choices for supermarkets, florists, or whatever your heart desires.
Hi there!
Our flatmate Laura is moving out. So in our WG will be: Minu (that’s me, 33, CH), Hannah (34, NZ), and Berry (10, dog).
The main language in the flat is English.
We appreciate the chill moments in the flat together, sharing coffee in the morning, or a beer on the balcony on a nice evening.
Hannah works a mix of home office and normal office, while Minu goes to the office daily.
We mostly do our own thing, but we check in on each other regularly, and go for an activity every now and then.
We are a vegetarian/vegan-friendly flat, but it’s not a requirement for you.
Also in the flat is Berry, a 10 year old shar pei. He is very well mannered and snuffly
For cleaning, we have a little bit of structure, but we are flexible. Some weeks it changes depending on what we have going on.
