Hola, ofrezco mi acogedora habitación del 12 al 29 de junio en el corazón de Berlín; 4 minutos a pie hasta el U8 Bernauer str. (metro) y 10 minutos a pie hasta Mauerpark.
Hay la posibilidad de alquilarlo por períodos más cortos dentro de la misma ventana de tiempo, mi compañero de piso estará allí para comprobarlo en ;)
La habitación es espaciosa y acogedora y está equipada con un entresuelo, donde hay un pequeño "habitación habitable", debajo de una cama doble.
El apartamento está hecho de 3 habitaciones más: la habitación de mi compañero de piso, cocina, baño y además hall de entrada, todas las habitaciones están separadas por lo que siempre tienes tu privacidad.
En nuestro piso, nos gusta estar ordenado y limpio, pero estamos relajados y relajados cuando se trata de co-vivir: el sentido común se aplica, así que limpiar después de ti mismo y no escuchar música fuerte por la noche o hacer fiestas. Cuando digo que estamos relajados, quiero decir que las 'reglas' mencionadas anteriormente están destinadas como directrices. Somos muy conscientes de cuando la vida se interpone en el camino y por ejemplo no se puede limpiar instantáneamente sus macetas y platos. La comunicación y el respeto son clave aquí ;)
Por desgracia, el submarino no puede ser extendido ya que necesitaré un lugar donde dormir cuando estoy de vuelta y por esta misma razón, ningún anmeldung es posible. Siéntete libre de preguntarme más sobre la habitación!
Hello, I'm offering my cosy room from 12th to 29th June in the heart of Berlin; 4 minutes on foot to the U8 Bernauer str. (metro) and 10 minutes on foot to Mauerpark.
There is the possibility to rent it for shorter periods within the same time window, my flatmate will be there to check you in ;)
The room is spacious and cosy and is equipped with a mezzanine, where is a little "living room" , underneath is a double bed.
The flat is made of 3 more rooms: my flatmate's room, kitchen, bathroom and additionally entrance hall, all rooms are separated so you always have your privacy.
In our flat, we like to be tidy and clean, but we are laid back and relaxed when it comes to co-living: common sense applies, so cleaning up after yourself and don't listen to loud music at night or make parties. When I say we are relaxed I mean that the before mentioned 'rules' are meant as guidelines. We are very aware of when life gets in the way and for example you can't clean instantly your pots and dishes. Communication and respect are key here ;)
The sublet unfortunately can't be extended as I will need a place to sleep when I'm back and for this same reason, no anmeldung is possible. Feel free to ask me more about the room!
