Ich vermiete von 9.2. bis 10.3.24 mein helles, möbliertes Zimmer in meiner gemütlichen und ruhigen Nichtraucher-Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg, an jemanden, der/die vorübergehend eine Bleibe braucht.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem 160er Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank.
Küche (mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine), Wohnzimmer, Bad und Balkon können selbstverständlich auch benutzt werden. Monitor und Tastatur für mobiles Arbeiten in der Wohnung sind auch vorhanden.
Bei Bedarf kann im trockenen Kellerabteil auch etwas zwischengelagert werden.
Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit meinem lieben Mitbewohner, einem Arzt und Vater von drei Kindern, der selbst nur selten in der Wohnung anzutreffen ist, somit hast du die Wohnung die meiste Zeit für dich alleine.
Partys und sonstige Großveranstaltungen in der Wohnung sind nicht erlaubt.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen und grünen Wohngebiet. Supermärkte, Cafés und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (S-Bahn Greifswalder Strasse, M10 Arnswalder Platz, Bus 200) sind alle fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt EUR 480 warm, inkl. Internet. Eine Kaution in Höhe von EUR 500 ist bei Einzug fällig. Außerdem benötige ich eine Ausweiskopie und einen Nachweis über eine Haftpflichtversicherung.

To someone looking for a temporary flat-share,
I'm renting out my room in my non-smoking apartment from February 9th to March 10th (this period only!) either to someone visiting Berlin during that period or a Berlin-newcomer who is looking for a temporary place to stay.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, as you can see in the pictures.
Washing machine and Wifi are available.
Of course you can use the kitchen and living room. I also have a seperate monitor and keyboard for remote working.
You will be sharing the flat with my lovely flat-mate, a doctor and father to three kids who has a very busy life and therefore is not in the apartment very often.
So you will have the apartment to yourself most of the time.
Partys and large gatherings in the apartment are not allowed.
Although the flat is situated in the quieter part of Prenzlauer Berg, coffee shops, bars and shops are only a stone’s throw away.
The S-Bahn-Station Greifswalder Straße as well as the tram station (M10 – also called “Party-Tram”) and the bus stop (200 – it passes by the most interesting sights) are all within walking distance.
The total rent is €500, incl. all costs, plus €500 deposit payable when moving in. In addition, I require a copy of your passport/ID and evidence of casualty insurance cover.
