Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Schönhauser Allee gelegen in einem Altbau Vorderhaus.
Cafes Bars und Clubs sind in 2-5 minuten Fußläufig zu erreichen.
Selbiges gilt für die vielen kleinen Läden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gleich nebenan befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum (Schönhauser Alllee Arcaden) sowie Supermärkte und Spätkaufs.
Die ÖVP ( TRAMs / S-Ring-Bahn / U-Bahn / Busse) sind in Höchstens 3min. Fußweg zu erreichen.
Die Parksituation ist GUT. Es wird kein Anwohnerausweis benötigt.

The room is furnished with a double bed and big wardrobe, a Bretz sleeping couch with zebra design, a RETRO glass dinnertable and writing desk, an ANTIQUE Buffet cupboard, Television and stylish lamps.
If you have your own Furniture or just some you want to bring in to the room, we can speak about and you can tell me if you want to change something in the room.
Even though the street itself is quiet, the immediate neighbourhood has a lot of bars, clubs, shops and a big mall, Schönhauser Arcaden. The S-Ringbahn and U-bahn (Schönhauser Allee- Station), as well as busses and trams can be reached in 2 minutes. The parking situation is pretty good.
