hier ist ein schönes möbliertes Zimmer frei zur Untermiete, in einer sehr ruhigen 2-er WG. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen nahe S+U-Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee, mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants rings herum. Die WG soll ein ruhiger Rückzugsort bleiben z.B. für Meditation oder Studium. Keine Partys. Geeignet für ruhige und unabhängige Praktikantin, Studentin, Doktorandin, Berufstätige etc. Geeignet für Kontrollgruppenteilnehmerin. Keine gemeinsamen WG-Aktivitäten, also eher eine freundliche Zweck-WG mit gelegentlichem Plausch in der Küche. :-).
Der Zeitraum ist etwas flexibel. Ungeeignet als alleiniger oder Hauptwohnsitz. Freue mich über Mails mit ein paar Infos über Dich und mit Telefonnummer für einen Rückruf. Bitte schreib, für welchen Zeitraum genau Du ein Zimmer suchst. Bilder gern per e-mail.

Comfortable fully furnished room in a quiet 2room appartement shared with a woman, in beautiful Prenzlauer Berg, well-situated near S+U-Bahn Schönhauser Allee, many shops and restaurants close by. There is internet and washing machine, kitchen utensils can be used. No parties at home, no pets, no smoke, but a friendly and calm atmosphere suited for meditation and studies. Mitbewohnerin: stille ü30. Die WG soll ein stiller Ort bleiben für Studium und Ruhe. Keine Parties etc. Keine Haustiere.
Jede sorgt für ihre eigene Verpflegung. Gelegentliche gemeinsame Mahlzeiten gern nach Absprache.
