Wir (2 Frauen) suchen DICH als unsere/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in!
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was du zum Wohlfühlen brauchst, sie befindet sich im Prenzlauer Berg im Skandinavischen Viertel.
In deinem Zimmer ist ein 160x200 cm großes Bett, mit Kommode etc.
Das Zimmer hat zu einem kleineren Teil hin Schrägen, da es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt.
An beiden Fenster sind Rollos angebracht.
Das Zimmer ist so wie die ganze Wohnung, sehr hell, komplett eingerichtet und frisch gestrichen.
Ausstattung der Wohnung:
- große Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine
- gemütliche Dachterrasse
- großes Bad mit Wanne und separater Dusche
- Waschmaschine
- Separates WC

The flat is very spacious and has everything you need to feel comfortable, it is located in Prenzlauer Berg in the Scandinavian quarter.
In your room there is a 160x200 cm bed, with a chest of drawers etc.
The room has sloping ceilings at one side, as it is an attic flat.
There are roller blinds on both windows.
The room, like the whole flat, is very bright, fully furnished and freshly painted.
Equipment of the apartment:
- Large kitchen with dishwasher
- Cozy roof terrace
- Large bathroom with tub and separate shower
- Washing machine
- Separate WC
- Wi-Fi
Viewing possible after 18:30
Sehr gute Anbindung an U-Bahn Schönhauser Allee (U2) und Ringbahn, S-Bahn Bornholmer Str. sowie die Straßenbahn M1.
Zu Fuss gut zu erreichen ist auch der Gesundbrunnen in dem eine große Einkaufspassage ist und DB Züge abfahren.
In der Nähe liegen der Mauerpark und der Humboldthain.

Ich lebe hier mit meiner 16jährigen Tochter. Wir sind ein entspanntes, offenes Team und leben schon immer in WG‘s. Meine Tochter geht jetzt in die 11.Klasse, ich selbst bin Heilpraktikerin und arbeite in meiner eignen Praxis. Abends treffen wir gern Freunde oder kochen auch gemütlich zu Hause. Je nach Lust und Laune. Wir mögen einen freundlichen Umgangston und eine ehrliche Atmosphäre in der jede seine Bedürfnisse äußern kann.
