Gerne für kurzzeitige Miete (bis zu 3 Monaten) oder langfristig für Pendler.
Die Wohnung liegt genau im Herzen Prenzlauerberg‘s, nur Meter entfernt vom Mauerpark und den tollsten Cafés auf der Odebergerstr. und Kastanienallee. Die Wohnung ist trotzdem super ruhig gelegen mit toller Aussicht auf einen sehr grünen Hinterhof. (Erdgeschoss)
Das Zimmer ist komplett neu möbliert, renoviert, ca. 18qm groß. Neben den beiden Einzelräumen gibt es ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer.
Wichtig! Dritter Mitbewohner ist meine süße Katze Penny. Es ist also wichtig, dass du Katzen magst.

I am looking for a lovely new roommate for my apartment starting 01.05.2019. Ideally short term rent (up to 3 months) or longer term for commuter.
The apartment is situated in the heart of Prenzlauerberg, only meters away from Mauerpark and the cafes on Odebergerstr. and Kastanienallee. The apartment is super quiet, with a beautiful view on the green backyard.
The room is completely furnished and newly renovated. It is approximately 18qm and there’s a cozy living room as well.
Important! There’s a third roommate – my sweet cat Penny. So, you gotta be a cat lover!

Es gibt beste Anbindungen in alle Richtungen innerhalb weniger Minuten – die M10 direkt vor der Haustür und die U2 und U8 zu Fuß innerhalb 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zudem habt ihr Netto und Kaiser, sowie einen Bio Markt in 2 Minuten Entfernung.

The apartment is located next to Mauerpark, right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. There are tons of cafes and restaurants right in the area plus all the main supermarkets around the corner. There’s a Bio market, Kaisers and Netto within 2 minute walking distance.The apartment is excellently connected, with the U8 and U2 in walking distance (5 min) and the M10 right in front of the house.

Ich bin Jenny, 32, arbeite im Medien/ Film & Non-profit Bereich & reise sehr viel und gerne! Ich habe lange Zeit im Ausland gelebt und habe sehr gerne auch (aber natürlich nicht ausschließlich) internationale Mitbewohner hier.
Nach vielen Jahren im WG-Leben habe ich immer noch gerne mal spannende und nette neue Mitbewohner hier, allerdings ist mir Ruhe und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Darum wünsche ich mit jemanden, der/die sehr respektvoll und ordentlich als Mitbewohner/in ist.
Da die Wohnung komplett möbliert und eingerichtet ist, möchte ich das Zimmer gerne zur kurzfristigen Miete anbieten - wer mit ein paar Koffern ankommt passt hier perfekt rein, für mehr ist in der Wohnung leider kein Platz mehr.
Zudem, da mir wie gesagt Ruhe sehr wichtig ist, möchte ich ungerne weiteren Besuch hier haben. Jemand der daher kurzfristig zur Neuorientierung hier ist oder pendelt, dem kommt das viell. ganz gelegen. :)
Ich bin super aktiv und viel unterwegs, Zuhause aber sehr entspannt. Da ich Freiberuflerin bin arbeite ich öfter auch mal von Zuhause.

I'm Jenny, 32, working in the media / film & non-profit business & love traveling (which I am doing quite a lot). I've lived abroad for a long time and always enjoy having international roommates here.
After many years of sharing flats, I still enjoy having friendly and interesting flatmates, but privacy and cleanliness is very important to me. That's why someone who is considerate and clean as a roommate is an absolute must.
Since the apartment is fully furnished, I would like to offer the room for short-term rent or for commuters - anyone who arrives with a few suitcases will find it perfect.
Also, as I mentioned I like it quiet at home, I would not like to have any additional house guests in the apartment. So this is why short-term/ commuters might like this apartment best :)
I am super active and traveling a lot, but at home I am very relaxed. Since I am a freelancer I often work from home as well.
