In meiner 2-er WG ist ein Zimmer für 10 Tage frei Es ist möbliert und es liegt 5 Minuten von der S-Bahn Station Greifswalder Strasse (Ring Bahn S41/S42 und M4 Tram), wo es auch einen Supermarkt gibt (bis 24 Uhr geöffnet). Der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der Miete ist alles inklusive (Strom, DSL/WLAN, Heizung, Rundfunkbeitrag). Kaution: 100€.
Bitte keine Raucher*innen, keine Tiere, kein illegales File-Sharing, keine Parties! Kein Angst vor dem Abspülen - es gibt keine Spülmaschine. ;)

Es ist möbliert und es liegt 5 Minuten von der S-Bahn Station Greifswalder Strasse (Ring Bahn S41/S42 und M4 Tram), wo es auch einen Kaiser's Supermarkt gibt (bis 24 Uhr geöffnet). Ein Alnatura, Lidl, Aldi, Rewe und Edeka gibt es auch im 10 Minuten Umkreis.
Die Wohnung liegt an der S-Bahn Linie. Die Fenster sind relativ schalldicht.
Ich schreibe gerade meine Diss (Gesschichte) und bin daher meist tief in irgendwelchen Gedanken versunken. Gerne können wir mal zusammen kochen oder ein Glas Wein oder ein gutes Bier trinken, aber tendenziell bin ich entweder am Schreibtisch oder unterwegs. Daher wäre es mir wichtig, dass Du ebenso unabhängig unterwegs bist, wie ich.
