Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm möbiliert. Die Miete ist eine Warmmiete, es ist Strom, Gas, WLAN inklusive. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Eine Küche und größeres Aufenthaltszimmer. Das Zimmer liegt im EG im Hinterhaus und ist ruhig.
Das Zimmer ist befristet von 01.09.2023 bis Ende September 2023 mietbar. Plusminus einzelne Tage kann man besprechen.

The room is round about 20 qm. The rent is inclusive gas, electricity and WLAN. There is a big bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a kitchen and another working room. The room is on the ground floor in the rear building and quiet. The room is to rent from 01.09.2023 until End of September.
Da die Wohnung in einem Kiez liegt gibt es vielseitige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die alle in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbahr sind, vom kleinen Gemüseladen bis zum Bio-Supermarkt alles dabei. Vor der Haustür finden sich gleich zwei gut vernetzte Tram-linien und zu Fuß ist man in ca 7 Minuten bei Ringbahn oder U-Bahn.
There are many shopping possibilities and bio-/supermarkets around the corner. JUst in front of the entry door are two main tram lines and the s-bahn ring or underground is in walking distance.
Zu mir im Allgemeinen: An sich Skeptiker und Atheist. Kein Freund von Esoterik, Religion oder Alternativmedizin sowie gegen irgendwelche soziokulturellen Phobien. Generell bin ich kommunikativ und recht entspannt, muss aber nicht die ganze Zeit aufeinanderhocken. Gerne ironisch und sarkastisch. Für Infos zur City usw. steh ich natürlich gern zur Verfügung.
Du solltest vollständig geimpft sein.
