Wir suchen einen Zwischenmieter in einer netten zweier-WG in Prenzlauer Berg. Zeitraum ist ab 1. Juni 2022 - bis 25. August 2022.
Wir suchen jemanden sehr zuverlässigen, dem man vertrauen kann, dass er/sie gut auf die Wohnung aufpasst und wo der Kontakt stimmt.
Die Wohnung ist eine ca. 78m² 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im 4. Stock (das dritte Zimmer ist ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, welches wir als WG gemeinsam nutzen).
Das Zimmer selber ist ca. 17m² groß und bereits voll möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Nachttisch und Regal).
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 630€ monatlich – Internet und alles drum und dran mit inbegriffen!
Mitbewohner ist Philipp, 29 Jahre alt.
Wir suchen jemanden ruhiges für die Wohnung – bitte keine Hausparties usw!

Hi!
We're looking for someone to take over my room from 1st June 2022 until the 25th August 2022. We're looking for someone who we can trust will treat the flat well with good overall communcation.
The flat is on the 4th floor and approx. 78m² big, and has three rooms (the third room is a living room, with a balcony attached, that we can all use equally).
The room itself is approx. 17m² and fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawers, nightstand, desk and shelf).
Rent is 630€ in total per month – internet and everything else included.
You will be living with Philipp who's 29 years old.
We're looking for someone calm as we don't want any house parties etc. taking place in the flat :).

Man ist hier sehr gut angebunden – U-Bahn, S-Bahn, und Tram sind alle in maximal 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
