Liebe Leute,
ich biete ein zentral gelegenes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete ab Oktober, vorzugsweise für Praktis, die befristet in der Stadt sind. Es ist nicht groß, hat aber alles drin, was nötig ist und von den bisherigen Bewohnern ist noch keiner klaustrophobisch geworden :).
Wem es eigentlich zu klein ist, bitte nicht schreiben!
Großes Fenster, heller, Raum, ausgestattet mit Bett, Schrank (Reiseschrank, stabil und belastbar!), Schreibtisch, Tischlampe, Stuhl und Spiegel.
Sehr gute Lage. 13 min mit dem Rad bis zum Alexanderplatz.
Ein Katzensprung bis zentral Prenzlauer Berg. Die Buslinie 255 (Weißensee – U Osloer Str.) ist 3 min entfernt und fährt auch über den S+U Pankow. Zu Fuß wäre dieser 12 min (900 m) entfernt. Hier fährt alles: Buslinien 155, X54, 250, 255, M27, Tramlinien M1 (fährt nach Friedrichstr.), 50 (Richtung Wedding), S2, S8 sowie U-Bahnlinie 2 (beginnt in Pankow, 5 min bis Schönhauser Allee, 10 min bis Alexanderplatz). Der Mauerpark ist von der UBahn-Station Eberswalder Str. 5 min Fußweg entfernt, ebenso die Kastanienallee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Spätis fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
WG-Leben ist üblicherweise entspannt. Man sieht sich meist erst abends. Quatschen abends in der Küche, am WE was unternehmen zusammen, alles möglich, wenn die Chemie stimmt :).
Mit dir zusammen würden wir zu viert wohnen.
Putzplan gibt es, läuft besser mit als ohne.
Wichtig ist, dass Küche und Bad ein gewisses Sauberkeitslevel haben und du dein Zimmer samt Inhalt gut behandelst.
Miete am Anfang jeden Monats in cash only (Kaution im 1. Monat dazu). Die angegebene Gesamtmiete beinhaltet sämtliche Kosten inkl. Strom und Wifi. Alles wird quittiert und die Kaution gibt's sofort zurück bei Auszug, wenn alles ok ist.

Only 10-12 walking distance to Pankow Central Railway Station/ S-Bahn (S2), Subway (U2), Bus, Tram (Streetcar). Bus Station of Line 255 is right in front of the house. Supermarkets are a 3-10 min walk away. With Line U2 you are at Alexanderplatz in 10 min. Five minutes with U2 to Station Eberswalder Str. (5 min walking distance to Mauerpark, Kulturbrauerei and diverse cafes and bars).
Rent € 280,- per month (all utility bills incl, e.g. electricity and DSL/ WLAN). 150€ security deposit for the key.
Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom are shared. 3 persons (you included) are gonna share this apartment.
